    How about #2 Pick + #20 Pick + Ridnour  = #6 Pick + Nick Young(I think he’s a F/A) S/T+ #18 Pick

Ridnour can backup John Wall and be a good bench player for them while Young can get much playing time in Minny because they lack an SG there.

If Wash gets #2 Derrick williams can play the 3 or 4, if he goes to Minnesota, its a log jam. Minny, imo gets a solid SG and a nice #6 pick.

it will be for a good, young, vet, it won’t be to get another pick in this Draft, I’m sure they’ll have to combine more of their players to make these trades work, maybe the 2nd pick, Jonny Flynn, the 20th pick, and/or Mike Beasley.

    Rudy Gay
Marc Gasol – Sign and Trade – Restricted Free Agent
    Danny Granger
    LaMarcus Aldridge
    Stephen Curry
    Tyreke Evans
    Monta Ellis
    Josh Smith
    Serge Ibaka
    JaVale McGee
DeAndre Jordan – Sign and Trade – Restricted Free Agent

Sorry man, I think you need more than Nick Young to move up from 2 to 6, even in a weaker draft. You move down 4 spots and up 2? Just does not make a lot of sense, think the Timberwolves could get a much better trade done, plus I am not convinced that they are not trying to groom Wesley Johnson into a potential 2 guard. Either way, I do not see Nick Young being enough of an answer to their woes at that position, not to mention they would still need to figure out what to do with Beasley. If they do indeed trade the pick, I expect that they would want more than you have the Wizards offering.

Nick Young is nothing but a chucker. He would disrupt the (admittedly not good) chemistry of a team that already has a ball stopper in Beasley by taking 25 shots a game. In no way would he be a good return for the #2 pick.

If Minny does a draft night trade they should get rid of Beasley. If so their line-up could be young and very promising…..Flynn, Johnson, Williams, Love, Darko….very athletic.
