Hi, to me the Bucks are, perhaps, the most interesting team in the NBA next year. Antetokounpo and Parker are such a unique duo to bouild around and I’m terribly excited to see them next year.

Right now the Bucks starting line up looks something like this:

PG Dellavedova (mostly plays off the ball)

    SG Middleton

SF Antetokounmpo (runs the offence, defends 3s)

    PF Parker

    C Plumlee

This leaves the following bigs on the bench:

    Greg Monroe – 26 y.o. 15.3 ppg, 8.8 rpg, 2.3 apg in 29 mpg

    John Henson – 25 y.o. 7 ppg, 4 rpg, 2 bpg in 17 mpg

    Mirza Teletovic – 30 y.o. 12.2 ppg, (40% from three), 3.8 rpg, 1.1 apg in 21.3 mpg

    Thon Maker – rookie

That’s four players who all don’t look like they can play C (Thon Maker might be able in the future, but not now). Everyone knows that Greg Monroe doesn’t fit at all on this team and should be traded, but what about John Henson?

Henson was only getting 17 mpg last year and now Maker and Teletovic have been added to the roster, Henson has a tradeable contract and is still young. It would be great for the Bucks to somehow get a true centre in return for Monroe and Henson.

Do you think Henson stays with the team? If so, what is his role? What players might the Bucks get in return for Monroe/Henson (maybe throw in MCW?).

When Monroe leaves, I can’t see Teletovic stepping in and playing the 5. That would be atrocious on the defensive end, especially when paired with Jabari Parker in the frontcourt.

Until Maker proves himself, which could take a while since he’s so raw, Henson must stay (unless the Bucks can find a comparable and cheaper option). Both Plumlee and Henson are solid, yet pretty unspectacular, and I wouldn’t trust either with over 30 min a game, so I bet they see pretty split action once Monroe is dumped.

Delly to Maker pick n rolls will be the most unstoppable play in the NBA.

Id be looking strongly at both players in fantasy leagues.

Dude, I cant tell if youre just trying to piss people off or if youre actually this delusional. Take Australian basketball players dicks out your mouth and actually watch the sport. Youre almost as bad as T-Rex.

for another team in Free Agency b/c they were not going to Resign him to make room for Andre Drummond

And every Media outlet was on Milwaukee’s jock how they rebuilt the "right way" & what a Coup de Grace it was that Jason Kidd acquired Greg Monroe & MCW

I Luv Parker & the Greek & I like the thinking behind the Thon Maker pick at #10 in the 2016 Draft – we’ll see if Maker pans out but it was a good call. The Bucks still have a long way to go

Greg Monroe is a skilled big only 26 years old so will have a lot of teams looking at him. He has a player option next year so unless his value slips we assume he’d opt out and look for a bigger deal, so his trade value isn’t as big as if he was locked down for longer.

John Henson has a very reasonable contract which reduces in salary each year and has no get outs, so teams looking for a defensive role player to fit into their cap could well come calling for Henson so he could net the Bucks a nice package if they dealt him.

Thon will be brought along slowly and in Jason Kidd has a great guy to help improve his game and his shooting. I don’t know if the Bucks have an assistant who is a specialst big man coach.

The Bucks are in an exiciting situation with great young talent. Parker seems like a stand up guy who loves playing in that city and should have a long career in that city. With that loyalty, you’ll probably see free agents looking to sign there in the future as they have so much potential.

The length and quickness on this team is scary. Monroe has value, but does not fit in with this team. They should look to move him to add more complintary pieces, maybe some veternan leadership.

Parker could still be the guy who really needs to fulfill his potential to take the team to the next level. Giannis will be an amazing player but he probably won’t be the volume scorer that Parker could be.
