Miami trade idea - NBADraft.net

Miami has struggled with establishing a presence so now they basically have Lebron doing everything now and it is hurting them. Its quite obvious they need a big that actually plays like a man. So here is what I propose:
Miami trades: Bosh and fillers
Phoenix trades: Brittany Griner
Why for heat: They need a presence in the middle, someone who can block shots rebound, post up and dunk .. you know, things that bigs should do.
Why for Phoenix: Bosh would fit right in to most WNBA systems that requires crappy rebounding and shooting a ton of threepointers; would make an excellent complimentary player. He is long and athletic big so that naturally translates to a player that is best used far away from the basket, such as a spotup 3 point shooter…

ohh now come on give Bosh some credit he isn’t trash, just isn’t as dominate as what everyone thought he would. Though it is pretty hard trying to defend and post up on a 7’4″ center

I don’t see this trade happening in a million years.
Grinner is a better rebounder and a bigger inside presence but the Heat need Bosh’s shooting, to stretch the floor for Lebron.

  Griner wouldn’t average 2 rebounds as a starter in the NBA. Way too slow, much shorter than most PFs and Cs, and is less mobile than even what is considered a pretty unathletic C in the league. She might average a few points, solely off free throws. But she would be trash in the NBA. I laugh when people think they should let her in.

Never in his career had a chance to play with a Legit 5. He always had to play bigger and more physical than his physique. In Toronto he played with Andrea, Rasho, beat up O’Neal and Loren Woods. Miami needs a Legit 7 footer to either start or come of the bench at the center position. Also, give Indiana D some credit, they earned every bit of respect.
