Both Wade & Haslem have been with the team for all 7 of their years in the league..They’ve been with the team thru good & hard times..Winning a ring in 2006 to getting the 2nd pick in he draft of 2008..Wade is showing the new guys how much he respects Haslem by agreeing that the 2 of them remain team co-captains..So its no coincidence that they were named co-captains unless you also have the reigning 2 Time MVP  also on your team..Haslem told reporters ”all voices will be heard”..And that ”Lebron was 1 of the best leaders he’s ever been around”..

Some feel that Lebron should be the a team captain since he was the most vocal…

    Here comes everyone below me

THIS IS A SWIPE AT LEBRON

    LEBRON WAS NEVER A CAPTIAN

Haslem and Wade were there first, thus Captians.

To me this is no big deal. Like it has been said, they were here for the good times and bad times. Both were part of the only championship team. I don’t see you stripping a guy being stripped especially when he’s been there for as many years as they have. Captains are not always the best players and sometimes the captain is more symbolic. Lebron will get his chance and until then he can lead on the court. Personally I think two captains is all you need when at most your roster is gonig to have 15 players. Even two might be too much. You can’t strip Wade and Haslem has not only been loyal but a big part of not only what you have done, but moving forward.

As far as being more vocal making a good captain, does that mean that T.O. or Ochocinco should be captain of the Bengals? Not sure I can image either guy being the captain of anything except in a rec league or charity event they are hosting.

That’s silly, Bosh should be a captain.
