well unfortunately the Heat gave the Thunder the first round draft pick.we got rid of daequan cook.what shuld the team do to rebuild the team through the draft and free agency? Here’s where i would have the roster at:

    PG-Carlos Arroyo/Chalmers
SG-DWade/Vasquez(Dorell Wright can play her too along with Quentin Richardson)
SF-Wright/Richardson/Beasley/Ryan Thompson or Da’Sean Butler or Lazar Hayward
    PF-Bosh/Varnado(Jarvis Varnado)/Haslem
    C-O’Neal/Jerome Jordan or Solomon Alabi

What do you think? Its just stuff that popped in my head.If we can get another point guard from free agency along with Bosh then cool put get rid of Chalmers or Arroyo if you do.Another idea i came up with is i think Q-Rich shuld go back to backing ppl down more.thats the type of player he was in the league b4 the KNicks turned him into a shooter. He is pretty strong, play D,and can shoot. And do you think Beasley can play some 2?

I know Beasley hasn’t been as good as people thought, but you have him as your third sf. QRich AND Wright over Beasley, seems borderline autistic. And no Beasley can’t play the 2, he can swing between the 3 and the 4. I think the roster is close to what it will look like. Bosh to Mia is going to happen, if it already hasnt been agreed to imho.

The bigger topic should be with the thunder getting this pick, who they pursuing ??? It must be someone because they know have 3 first rounders. I Say miami screwed unless they get a higher draft pick and get a star from free agency. I don’t know why they traded the pick for nothing

Are you serious? You don’t understand why they traded the pick for nothing? You think they are going to/need to get a higher pick after dumping their 1st rounder?!?!

Thunder want Orton if he’s there, going to go big no matter what. With two picks Damion James makes a lot of sense to me.

…let alone 2. Didn’t like the Cook/picks trade and wouldn’t like this roster as well, hopefully it’s gonna look much better especially at SF, man we have tons of cap space, and probably we’ll have even more as Beasley is likely to be traded too.

It looks like Riley thinks he can really get 2 other max FA, but even if he gets only one (Bosh or Amare) we should at least be able to land some other decent FA (Felton, Ridnour, M.Miller, Haywood etc).

Beasley at the two, are you crazy? He can barely play the 3, he’s a 3/4 tweener.

Pretty dramatic move by Miami, I dont think I’ve ever seen such an extreme dumping of a pick. Couldn’t they at least get a future first rounder back?

OKC using the extra pick to move up for Orton. Sounds like Maynor and the picks for the 10th pick might happen. Makes total sense for both of them, looks like basketball jesus may have actual done well, talking up taking Orton at ten. Getting OKC to make the move, like it for both sides.

You’re obviously no basketball fan if you think Beasley can play the 2.

And if you were an actual Heat fan, you’d know that most of the players on the Heat aren’t coming back next year to make room for free agents.

I will bet money Orton wont be picked at ten, the thunder could have got him late teens with the picks they had I think they are trying to get aldridge, or hopeing another quality big falls to ten but i wouldnt be suprised if orton slips to late first round.

If Orton goes 10, Sam Presti has been talking to Joe Dumars and Scott Layden too much.
