paradigmnParticipantChris Lewis…fourteen-years-old…6-foot-7…from Atlanta, Georgia.
This past Monday Josh Pastner (Memphis) & Craig Neal (New Mexico) both offered the 8th grader a scholarship.
He’ll be playing for one of the best teams in the country his freshman year…Milton Academy.
Seems pretty athletic…decent form on his J…needs to put on weight…but…then again…he’s only 14.
It was reported by Michael Carvell from the Atlanta Journal.
Sorry about the video having a BS 30 second commercial for such a short highlight….kinda ridiculous if you ask me….I hope Chris gets at least a couple dollars thrown his way (lol)

And for all you football junkies out there…his father played 13 years in the NFL for the NY Jets & was a 3 time Pro-Bowl linebacker…..and if you know the future Hall-of-Fame quarterback that needs to thank MO LEWIS for jump starting his career…I give you MAD PROPS!!!

Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantWhen Tom Brady wakes up and sees his mansion, supermodel wife, and stash of cash… I’m sure Mo Lewis is on his mind.

FastAndFuriousParticipantThe young kids.
Anybody remember Demetrius Walker?
Cover of Sports Illustrated as an 8th grader, supposed to be extremly good, next Lebron,OJ.
Now he barely plays for New Mexico, has 2 years left but still, he was supposed to be in the NBA by this time,he graduated 3 years ago.
Some kids don’t pan out, some kids do,I’d wait until the kids Junior year to offer him,I’m not going to offer you in the 8th no way.

dede21You are probably right but Walker kind of a rare case bascially he stopped growing at 14, if they knew he was not going to grow another inch I don’t think he would of been projected to be too much better than he is

FastAndFuriousParticipantAgreed.
But see that’s that risk you take, when you want to offer a 13 year old or hype him up as the next Lebron, wait until they’re 16 and 17, not 12 and 13.

Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantIt’s pretty ridiculous though, an 8th grader? Really?
