after the first report it was thought the Mavs wants Pleiss but with the 2nd report I don’t know
It is rumored that both Heat&Chicago will be available (but Checago wants either Deng/Hinrich moved with the pick making it unlikely for the mavs)

I think Pleiss is a great assumption to make as someone the Mavericks are looking at getting.

Looking at whom they have worked out (at least what has been released publicly) Ryan Thompson is the only guy who has a shot at being a first round pick and he could be grabbed late first round.

well,I don’t think we will move for the 1st round or take any other contract to get player who will play overseas
if we want him we will try to get him in the 2nd round
but that is my guess

I remember reading about Caracter being on their radar. I think he’ll be gone by #50, but I don’t think he is who they would target if they move into the first round. It might just be a situation where the Mavericks have the chip that is the $3 million trade exception and want to turn it into something because they can afford to do so. They worked out 31 prospects and not many of them were “first round guys” so we will either call who they take a reach or simply see them grab someone they liked enough to take without seeing him at their facility.

I think they fell in love with Koshwal i think the realize how good this kid really is and he may be gone by 50.
