Scored 28 pts last night……..I told yall about Matt Barnes! He’s been starting the last five games or so. Check his stats from the last few games. He’s a baller, as I’ve been saying on here for a year now. No please, hold the applause!!!!! I don’t want anyone jumping on the bandwagon. You have the find good players riding the pine on your own.

Dhamp2…the greatest basketball mind in the world. Next to Hubie Brown anyway.

I brought Wesley Johnson to this website.
There are roughly 350 NBA players. Of them, I picked Carmelo Anthony to lead the league in scoring.
    Matt Barnes is foreal
Wille Warren isn’t a lottery pick…..Have you seen him play this year, lol.
Where are the people who hassled me when I said D-Howard was overated. Keep running
I notice people always hate…….until I’m proven right

Hah wow some of the things u have on the bottom of your page arent that special….You picked Carmelo to lead the league in scoring hah wow i never would have thought that as a possibility…And Dwight Howard over-rated, no ones ever said that before on the history of the site…Dont be too impressed with yourself man, these arent that insightful what your saying

I could have picked Kobe Bryant, Durant, LeBron, Wade, myself, or any of the 350 NBA players, but I didn’t. I picked Melo because I’m a basketball scholar and know baskeball. Unlike you, I often will take a stand and be steadfast will my picks……Also, I’ve been talking about D Howard being overated, since last year’s playoffs!!!! But again, I don’t sit on the fence. It’s funny how when the season started, I said Willie Warren wouldn’t be in the lottery. At the time, yall derided me. But obvioulsy, I’ve had the last laugh.

    Dhamp2…..get it straight.

i think Dhamp is out of his mind.. barnes was not only good b4 this yr, but this isnt even his best career year to date lol… He played better with phoenix, and also played better on the warriors Tm who upset dallas when they were an 8th seed..im sure he averaged more ppg those two yrs then he is now… So you bring a guy who everyone knows about to the site following the 2 best seasons of his career….. You are right, your very knowledgable.. What would really show your mettle would be to name a player to break out WHO HAS NOT ALREADY DONE SO IN THE PAST… then i might think your remotely talented in this dept…

I did…..His name Wesley Johnson, lol

Also, you’re right. Matt Barnes has BEEN a baller. I totally agree. He may have been the most important player on the Warriors club that Dallas. I’ve been a fan. In highschool, he was the best tightend in the state of California. He had offers from everywhere, so don’t start telling me about Barnes. My problem is he a signed a one-year offer three years in a row. Teams won’t commit to him. If you know about Barnes, then you should know this……

Dhamp2……know your stuff when you step to him.

I have been a big Matt Barnes fan for a long time. Dhamp you make some good points sometimes but you rub people the wrong way with your almost unfounded cockiness. Yes you have made a few predictions that have come to fruition but I think 90% of the people on this site can say the same thing. Chill with the bad attitude and just continue to make bold predictions and you will get the credit you deserve.

Anyways…… yes Matt Barnes is probably the most undervalued and underrated NBA journeyman. He makes big impacts wherever he goes but teams dont lock him up for some reason. I have no clue why. G.S. lost all their luster between losing Barnes and Baron Davis’s injuries and eventual departure. Barnes can and has played all positions from the 2 to the 5. He is not only a scoring threat but one of the league’s best defenders.

matt barnes is one of the most underrated players in the league…constantly effective while not over-playing and not forcing anything

did you guys know he was a 5-star recruited WR out of high school?? UCLA wanted him playing both sports

Im going to put it out there again. melo leads the league in scoring, yes, but is the season over yet, no, so DHAMP you aren’t right. willie warren hasnt been drafted yet, so how r u right about that? and everyone knows matt barnes is a baller and everyone knows that alot of gm’s messed up not signing him to a multiyear deal. but your predictions arent that impressive. DHAMP im not a hater, you do know basketball but you need to come stronger than that to call yourself a scholar. and if i had to make a comparison, you are like annakin skywalker, you have alot of talent but you are blowing it by thinking you know everything. your strongest prediction to date is wesley johnson is a lottery pick. and even that hasnt happened yet, but everybody knew he was going to be a good transfer as well.

man, now i think you guys are biting off me. I’ve already been saying on this site how he was a 5 star football player and led the state of california in touchdowns. I been repping Barnes since ucla. I’ve ran into him plenty times in sacramento. Anyways, yeah DHamp continue with the great knowledge dropping you are giving all of us.

Dhamp i will always say that you know your stuff but bragging about so stuff that is pretty knowledgable with most nba fans and also the Howard thing. Everyone knows he is limited offensively. That still does not make him overrated. You most forget what a center is supposed to do. If he was a power forward then maybe your argument would be better but he is a Center who main job is to defend and rebound and score close to the basket with plays set up by the point guard. He can do all that. he can also use his strength and athlecism to give the opposing center nightmares and gets double team a lot. His passing seems to have improved but he does need to work on his lowpost game. By your argument, we can say Lebron is overrated because he does not have a lowpost game. Comparing him to Kobe is dumb then cause Kobe at the same age had pretty much all the moves and skills and just over the year polished them. Where is Lebron’s low post game. Is he over rated huh
