Tired of not seing Liangelo ball in this years mock draft. Weve seen what he can do hes good. His basketball IQ is higher than most these guys. Excellent footwork and post up game. We all see it !! You guys just wanna be in denial and hate. To me hes natural shooting guard he looks for ways to get open and score.

Hes garbage. By NBA standards he can only shoot when wide open, cant create his own shot, cant finish at the rim, no midrange game, no ballhandling, low basketball IQ, only shows a decent verticle with a running start, not agile etc. Hes just bad. Him declaring for the NBA draft this year was inevitable although its more of a BBB marketing ploy. Any media is good media. Where he goes after being undrafted and likely getting killed in summerleague is beyond me. He isnt good enough for the g-league.

Youve clearly never seen him play.  Watch his highlights and comeback then comment

Who is he guarding? What position is he playing. You can’t just cherry pick your way to 72 pts in the NBA. I can picture him leaving his team on defense and sprinting down the other end of the court. When his coach calls a timeout Liangelo says “Is this wrong? Is this wrong?”

Overseas/D-League talent not an NBA talent unless he goes off of his name and latches on the end of the bench of a team.

He reminds me of Shabbaz Muhammad even less athletic. Nor passing skills neither ball handling and really awful at defense. He can scores when given space or in the low post and has a strong frame. Bad attitude and padding stats mentality. He has no chance at the NBA.

Lakers lost today guarentees another losing season.  I cant remember last time they finished the season above .500,    the Dwight Howard Year?

JaVale McGee will love Liangelo in the league to handover his lowest basketball IQ title. Or hey the Rockets could add him to get the biggest difference in basketball IQs ever recorded on one team between CP3 and Liangelo.

LiAngelo is a big bodied shooter who doesn’t rebound or play defense. He’s got a nice outside shot, but he lacks a good overall floor game for a SG. His game log is littered with box scores with 1 or 2 rebound games.

His league in Lithuania isn’t particularly tough either. The league’s leading scorer is Juan Palacios (who sported a 9ppg career average at Louisville), and there aren’t any former NBA players currently playing major roles for Lithuanian teams.

I’ve seen a little of him since he’s gone overseas, and it’s hard to scout using bits of information because everyone knows pure numbers don’t tell the whole story. In high school, he didn’t strike me as an NBA player at all, plus his family is wealthy and he shoplifted which shows crazy entitlement (IMO) so that makes me question his work ethic as well.

LiAngelo is totally a rookie FA type guy, who if you’re interested in his shooting, you bring on your summer league team.

There an old saying that goes something like, The best day of a circus is when the circus leaves town.

Even if Ball was a second round or late first round prospect (which he’s not) no team is signing up for the Lavar freak show for the headache of a end of the bench role player. He has a better chance landing a reality tv show on MTV than on an NBA roster.
