Everyone says that flynn is better than lawson and now people claim that teague is as well. Look, lawson is made out to be a bad shooter, however, flynn and teague are not great shooters either. lawson actually was a very good shooter in the tournament. also, people say that lawson is just like felton. as a unc fan, i can tell u that lawson is better than felton. i watched both play and lawson is definitely better imo. also, felton is a pretty good pro. he could start on some teams right now. also, i think he is best pick and roll pg which is crucial in the nba plus he rated out as the pg on hollinger’s ratings. what do u think?

I think Lawson is going to be a solid pro. He’s quick, he’s short but has a solid build & he makes good decisions with the ball & doesn’t turn it over much. What else do you want from your PG? I would not be disappointed to see the Kings trade down & get him. He could be as good as any of the other PGs in the draft & certainly is a bargain if you can grab him later in the draft than some of the other PGs that are in the same tier as him.

Lawson is ok i guess but hes game doesnt translate as well into the nba. by the way flynn is a way better shooter and teague look at what he did for Wake Forest this year.

No disrespect clippers but idk if u have ever seen jeff teague play but if u read around or listen to some of his draft profiles the first thing you hear people say is that he has one of the purest shots in the draft. his athleticism and attacking mentality really make him a nightmare to guard. Of course he isnt a pure point guard but i think he is the next best scoring combo guard in the draft after curry.

The problem w/ Lawson & Flynn is I don’t see very much upside. They’ll both contribute from day one & have an immediate impact on their teams. They’ll both be VERY solid players, but Teague has more upside. It’ll just take him a little more time to contribute.

I think it just depends on the team that’s picking. If it’s a team that thinks they can win right now, then I’d pick Lawson or Flynn. Those guys are both ready to play big minutes right away & will play key roles. If it’s a team looking to rebuild or groom a young guard, then I’d pick Teague. Teague has tremendous potential. He shot well at Wake Forest (he really improved from high school to college), but he really isn’t a shooter. He’s an athletic & RELENTESS attacker/penetrator. He has one of the quickest first steps I’ve ever seen & he’s fearless. He’s just an explosive player. He’ll flourish in the NBA. It’ll just take him some time. Maybe a season or two.

Both Teague and Flynn are going to be better pros than Lawson. College is way different from the NBA game and i just see Teague and Flynn fitting in better with there style of play. I like Lawson tho and he will be a good back up point guard but he just isnt on the level of the NBA game Flynn and Teague have.

He isnt a great jump shooter, his stats are misleading because he took a pretty small amount of attempts. I saw him play over and over last year and I dont think he is more than an average shooter. He also has a slow release when he spots up, but when he shoots on the move his release is clean. He actually makes alot of shots off the bounce, which is tough to do

Remember fellas, Clippers said Gordon and Griffin are the next Kobe Shaq………Flynn and Teague clearly have a higher ceiling and will have better NBA careers.

teague: he was very inconsistent last season. he had a nice stretch of 20 pt games in the beginning of the season but then he was extremely inconsistent to end the year including a terrible tourney game when his team needed him. he would score 20 one game then score 9 the next two games. he would go though 3 game long shooting slumps – as in 1 for 7 or 3 for 9 shooting games in a row. also his pg skills need a lot of work!

flynn: lawson and him are very similar imo except for the great stregth of lawson and the better assist to turnover ratio of lawson. yes, flynn has better shot form, however, I think that lawson’s is inproving and will be more accurate than flynn’s after his 3rd season in the nba.

overall: I see teague being a bust due to his raw playmaking skills and inconsistent shot.

Lawson is def a good player. But he isn’t as good as Flynn or Teague. Flynn is a freak athletic with a ton of strength (Lawson is strong too). But Flynn is more athletic and can finish in the lane and get to the rim whenever he wants.Teague is more explosive than Lawson and is a little taller. I would compare Teague to Devin Harris, Lawson to a little worse version of DJ Augustin and Flynn to maybe a shorter Russell Westbrook who is not nearly as good of a defender because of his size but has very good speed and explosiveness. Lawson is the worst of the three but nobody is bashing what he has accomplished.
