Late Night Crew
While you suckers continue to spoil your posts with on-topic idiocracy, No-Money can do as he pleases.
And no more jokes about Jason kidd beating his wife. It makes the topic more sad than fun.
Let's talk about cheery things. Like bubbles and ice cream.
But you normies better stay on-topic... Or else...
The Seventh Seal is an awesome film, I also really liked "Fanny and Alexander" and "The Virgin Spring" among others. How did you like it? I just started reading the book, and I am saying to myself I must read it before seeing the movies, but I heard the movies are awesome. Unfortunately, like they usually do, they are making an American remake to the film(s) of the Millenium trilogy. It is directed by David Fincher, of Fight Club fame amongst others, but he also is directing this new facebook movie, "The Social Network". The previews just look so bad I want to kick the TV, with the whole "we know this, we know that, we know it's cool", ugh. Justin Timberlake? In a dramatic film? Why? But, I digress, I usually hate American remakes of foreign movies, just wanted to know your thoughts. Good looking out on the foreign film front though, I like that I am not the only person on this forum who digs them, not that I thought that I was, just never heard otherwise.
I started this thread for talks about bubbles and ice cream not swedish movies!!!!!!!!! and mikey you're breaking the rules of one draft comment per post....money is a mod he can do w/etf he wants....
Xavier Henry > James Anderson for all those who doubt....
I didn't get the memo...did Spencerhawesisawesome become a mod...the universe is going to collapse onto itself if that happens...noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

my overrated prospects for this years draft
Mason Plumlee(needs a serious big man coach to work with him and his brother)
Alec Burks
Elias Harris(would be alot better off accepting he is a 4 not a 3)
Kyle Singler(first rounder no doubt...but not top ten)
Travis Leslie
Donatas Motiejunas(is a good prospect, but should not be ahead of Jan Vesely)
thats my opinion...but all i know is gifs
who is on you guys overrated list?
until some of these guys prove it too me that they belong they are all overrated IMO...I do want to see Barnes,Jones,Kanter,Knight and Irving live up to the hype...I also want to see if they are any stars in this class...we've had some sure fire stars in the last few draft classes...I hope this one doesn't disappoint us
I really liked it. I wanted to read the books first too, but I have a long list of books to read and it would have been forever before I got to the Millenium series. I'll pick them up eventually. I feel you on the American remake front. "The Vanishing" really stands out to me as an American remake that did no justice to the brilliant original, even though it was made by the same director. Sometimes it works if people can put an original spin on it, like when "Seven Samurai" was remade into the Western, "The Magnificant Seven".
"The Virgin Springs" was a really good movie as well. It was really dark and provocative; typical Bergman. No Swedish movie tops "The Seventh Seal" though. One of the best movies ever made, period.
Why do we rule so much?????
-PS....please don't delete this thread.....we promise to make a draft related comment on every post
1) Jason Kidd would have fallen out of the top 10 if the Mavs knew he beat the hell out of his wife.....
