IndianaBasketballParticipantLAC leads 83-79 with 2:45 to go in the 4th. They’ve pretty much outplayed LAL the majority of the game. Let’s see if they can finish it out.
Gasol has been neutralized by Jordan, and EJ has played Kobe to a draw. Griffin has picked it up and is getting whatever he wants vs Odom. Phil needs to get Brown back on the floor. He had an amazing third quarter.

IndianaBasketballParticipantLet me make a correction… EJ has outplayed Kobe tonight.

llperezsaying gasol has been "neutralized" is the understatement of the year. He has been absolutely pathetic.

llperezej hasnt outplayed kobe. He has 3 more points in 6 more minutes and kobe has been playing unslefish setting up teammates.

llperezgordan with back to back turnovers that lead to kobe back to back baskets

Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantI had no doubt in my mind that Kobe would hit that shot.

IndianaBasketballParticipantEJ with the drive and dish to Jordan to take the lead.
0 - Posted on: Wed, 12/08/2010 - 8:02pm #454765
llperezhe still hasnt outplayed kobe no matter how it ends
0 - Posted on: Wed, 12/08/2010 - 8:02pm #454766
IndianaBasketballParticipantAnd IF EJ can stop Kobe from hitting this shot, regardless of those two turnovers, he’s outplayed Kobe in the 4th quarter.

llperezwow, im not sure that counted
0 - Posted on: Wed, 12/08/2010 - 8:03pm #454768
llperezkobe played like 6 sminutes in the 4th and gordan played the whole 4th.

IndianaBasketballParticipantNo, that’s good

Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantThe odds of Derek getting the final shot.. About 20%
The odds of Derek driving it in.. About 10%
The odds of Derek driving it and out running Bledsoe and laying it up over DeAndre Jordan?… The world may never know.

llperezi thought for sure he wasnt gonna get a look when he started driving. Crazy.

BKKnicksfanParticipantI saw this quote on twitter: Fisher gonna Fish.
I think that sums that final basket up.

IndianaBasketballParticipantAs usual, the Clippers found a way to lose the game.
0 - Posted on: Wed, 12/08/2010 - 8:14pm #454778
llperezclippers defenitely should have won. 3 huge shots by kobe and fish saved the lakers from a poor performance.

LazarusMunozParticipanttough tough loss im still in shock…DeAndre was actually crying after the game…i feel for these guys right now. Hopefully they will learn from this

IndianaBasketballParticipantEJ is growing and getting better in the clutch, but still isn’t quite there yet… This team lacks a leader. Why wasn’t Davis on the floor during those last few minutes of the game?
It’s a tough loss (they’ve had many this season), but they have to grow from it and learn to finish out games.

apb540ParticipantDamm DeAndre crying?? That’s awesome man, that is true emotion for the game of basketball.

PlatypusParticipantOld man showed some speed there in the final seconds

marcusfizer21ParticipantGreat game and an ugly win by the Lake show… LOL… Eric Gordon has been a reliable guy for the Clips and I appreciate his unselfish play feeding DeAndre Jordan with the ball in the last seconds… Their defense was just lacking in the closing seconds… How can they let Fisher penetrate like that?
And why oh why is Aminu starting? 1-9 from the field is far less impressive in my books for a guy who is the 8th pick this year…
Lakers are having a tough night… It was just one of those nights where they didn’t show up until the last 2 minutes… The Clippers had successive turnovers… That was their problem… They haven’t been able to protect the ball in the last few seconds…

hiphopismylifeParticipantIronically this always plays out like a movie. It’s like the Clips know they’re not meant to win in the end.
