Strengths: Dranginis is a multi-skilled guard for the next level. He has great size for both guard positions due to his length and skill. He has a feathery touch out to 23-feet and his stroke is smooth. His basketball IQ is tremendous-usually resulting in a number of nifty passes. He sees the floor very well, both in transition and the half court set. In addition, he can pass over the top of the defense to open shooters in the corners.

Weaknesses: Dranginis is physically weak and needs t gain strength to handle pressure at the next level. He doesn%u2019t have great quickness and speed (quick defenders can get into him), but he does have a crafty handle. In addition, he isn’t a great leaper just yet.

Bottom line: Gonzaga does a great job of targeting players in remote areas, as is the case with Dranginis. He is a great looking prospect that may grow into a versatile 3-man some day because he has a very young looking frame. Nevertheless, he is a big guard with a great skill set, savvy-and he should eventually have a great career for the Zags.

Thats all good and fine but they didn’t mention this…..
