second rose had someone else take his test..he wasnt given money to come to memphis or cars or anything else...so youre anger is unfounded if those are the reasons

I agree Standford that the freedom in his offense is appealing, but lately it feels like it is Miami all over again. All the top recruits are joining each other instead of carrying their own teams. My issue is, you have all these talented kids that have been told their the MAN their whole life, and some how you manage to pull 3 or 4 of best players in the country and tell them to share the spotlight is little strange dont you think.
I mean it helped him alot last year that Wall, Cousins and Bledsoe did so well but the interest in his offense being so open and run and gun style is not enough to lure kids to play.
this is nothing new...duke roster is full of mcdonalds allamericans. unc used to get at least 3 a year. michigan had the fab five then the next 2 years did the same thing
and have you ever talked to kids?..obviously not if you think his style isnt appealing to them. his style allows the guards freedome as well ass the forwards. players love that style

Most of them have Heralded coaches/Hall Of Fame coaches
about 2/3 of the have Top notch basketball facilities

If I was a recruit I woulda wanna play for Cal. Dribble drive offense which is extremely fun to play along with a coach who has developed great NBA players over the past few years. Who wouldn't want to play in a fun offense that will make your pro stock go up?
Do you not understand Cal's Dribble drive is just the Princeton with a little bit of a tweak? UNC has one the fastest offense in the country. And that is why the other programs should have a edge because not only to they run but they run sets to help get ready for the NBA.

Mizz (although not the same history but still known for being one of the faster teams in the nation )

Calipari put 2 different programs on Probation, and every single year has at least 2 recruits with question marks. And yet, you guys cannot see a fish, smell a fish, taste a fish, and recognize a fish. Its hillarious that Elite 8 appearances are worth that much to you. Maybe you will win a title this way, but more than Likely I predict that you don't in either of the next 2 years, Cal gets in trouble, jumps pro, and you guys are stuck on probation.

lol nah Lori im good, i was talking about managers. There will be some that go but it is optional and of course experienced people get first dibs. The staff knows that not everyone can be around for the whole summer. So we all just meet up once everyone is settled in on campus.

Hey OhCanada i told him to sign with Prestige Worldwide but No he wanted to be a big man and do it himself.
To be honest, the hype had reasoning. He was playing against Cousins and Patterson day in and day out. But even from day one around here we knew he was extremely raw offensively. He got better towards the end of the year but still not good enough to leave. But I got the pleasure of seeing him, cousins, and P2 play 1 on 1 alot and defensively he held his own. I know it helped cousins out alot. But yea when he declared we were all kind of shocked in a way ( most people would buy into the hype he was given tho ). One more year he would have been atleast top 15. I know some of the assistants were going to be make him the focal point of the offseason and work with him on his offense.
I haven't been around long enough to predict players ceilings, I just dont see him getting "it" in the NBA.
Cal didnt put two teams on probation marcus camby and rose did. Camby acceptted money from a agent while in school...that has ZERO to do with cal. umass was put on probation because of what CAMBY did.
Rose had someone else take his s.a.ts Cal didnt take it for him Cal didnt even pick the site where he took the test. His Brothers/family did so lets deal with FACTS.
so just because baylor made a run and florida won a couple years ago they now are on par historicly with kentucky?..having the same history doesnt just mean the past 5 years. florida,baylors history isnt even close to kentucky's

Another talented recruiting class, I do believe Calipari is the best recruiter in college basketball, he must be very persuasive for all these top recruits every year to commit to Kentucky, he is such a good coach because of his talent, no disrespect to him but his team last year should of easily made it to the Championship game yet they shot their way out of the Final Four and lost to West Virginia, I really want to see where Quincy Miller is headed now though because chances are slim of him heading to Kentucky.
if i recall correctly the syracuse coach was reguarded as one of the best coaches in college basketball and a HOF. this was before melo went there...exactly how many titles had he won up to that point yet he was mention among the best coaches in basketball????

Q.Miller- I believe Duke or Kentucky. I believe Duke will see him last and he's going to a visit/duke showcase in September. I think Duke celebrating the fact the titles are on the cusp and all the talent there? He goes Duke.
A.Rivers- He wore Duke clothing while chilling with Duke players after Duke won a title. Duke.
LeBryan Nash- Baylor. I think he's strong on Baylor but UK could grab him up if they fail on Miller.
A. Thomas- Memphis
T.Wroten- I think UK is a lock. That's all he talks about on twitter. However, there is a slim chance both Wroten and Miller go to Louisville.
I dont understand why Lebryan Nash would even look at UK.
