AdamJCallejaParticipantKelly oubre has been playing like the player he was hyped up to be this summer. What I’m impressed with is his insanely quick hands on defense. Needs to be more disciplined but he can really be a lockdown type guy at the wing spot in the NBA. He’s not quite the supreme athlete that scouts were labeling him as but he can definitely get up off of one foot and is much more smooth than explosive. He reminds me a lot of Trevor Ariza, anyone else see it? So excited to watch this kid the rest of the way.

Taylor Gang MikeParticipantYeah at this point Im hoping the Sixers take him top 5. He played great last night. He reminds me of Paul George so much. He is smooth and his defense is really really good. He has the most potential in college. Only thing is that he has that lazy but smooth looking deameanor. Ala, George, Harden or Rudy Gay. Where he isnt going to show emotion throughout the whole game, but he will in spurts. He just has to keep going

MopgrassParticipantI think he’s a very big prospect for his shooting and athleticism. However, he’ll be a bit limited because he cannot drive. Sure, he can get up, run fast, and he’s great in transition. But he shouldn’t be a creator. He labors and ends up with a bad shot when trying to drive. He’s been that way since high school. I’m not sure if improving his handles will help. He might just be fast, but not quick with his feet other than laterally.
However, I think the sky is the limit with his jumper and transition game.

CameronCrazy11ParticipantFor an older comparison, I see some Dale Ellis in his game with how smoothly he’s able to score.

OhCanada-ParticipantI like the Trevor Ariza comparison but would argue he has more scoring potential.

The Scare Crow RisesParticipantHe seems like a kid that could slip into the 9-15 range and become the player in his draft class…
I would love the 76ers to take a look at Obure in the top 5, perhaps he makes up for losing out on Wiggins and Parker last year…
Than try to trade up for Mario Hezonja or De’angelo Russell to play SG
McW-McDaniels-Obure-Noel-Embiid-Wroten-Hezonja-Saric…looks like a very good lineup in 2 years…

For_Never_EverParticipantHe reminds me a bit of Shawn Marion with more upside offensively. However he isn’t as athletic, but I wouldn’t say he too far off in that department. I do consider him an elite athlete because how quick he is, and how fast he gets off the ground.

For_Never_EverParticipantHe reminds me a bit of Shawn marion with more upside offensively. Projects to be a versatile defender with his length, size and atheltisicm. As long he isn’t a bone head. However he isn’t as athletic like the Matrix, but I wouldn’t say he too far off in that department. He will get at least a little better as he progresses. I do consider him an elite athlete because how quick he is, and how fast he gets off the ground.
