How come these two haven’t grown roots in the first round convo yet?

Adams going at 21 a game with 4 reb and 4 steals and 3 dimes.

Anderson is a stat stuffing monster 14 ppg 9 reb 8 dimes and a block a game.

Not saying these two are top 15 guys, but they should be somehwere from 20 to 27 overall.

I definitely could see Jordan Adams as a lottery pick.  He is an excellent shooter both off-the-catch and off-the-dribble, does an outstanding job handling the ball through traffic, and is an excellent passer.  He seems to always be under control when driving the lane.  He just has great court sense, rather like James Harden.

Anderson to me seems a lot like Boris Diaw.  When he bulks up, he could be a nice stretch 4.  His game is unusual, but I do agree that he should be a first rounder if he maintains his current level of production.  His consistent shooting this season is a great sign for his future, as he will need to have his jump shot taken seriously at the NBA level.

I made a post a week ago showing some love for my bruins. But today they apparently looked bad in a loss to Missouri, the first real tough challenge they have had. I only saw 5 minutes of the game so I cant comment on how they looked today in a loss.

But as for Anderson and adams from what I have seen from them all season, I think they are both first rounders but probably in the 20’s. Kyle will play sf and hit the open man and rebound well and I think prove to be a very solid shooter when hes left wide open. He wont come off screens and pop, but if teams play off him he will make them pay. I think luke Walton is a solid comparison in terms of nba skills, and people forget Walton was a solid contributor for a number of seasons who could flirt with triple doubles so don’t think the comparison is a complete knock. But I just don’t think I would draft such a questionable defender/athlete too high. If an nba caliber wing wants to lock up kyle, I think they do. He is a complimentary role player type.

As for adams, he isn’t nearly as good a shooter as some seem to think. He takes a lot of shots and his misses can look down right terrible even when left wide open. I mean side of the rim bad and usually great shooters will miss by inches. He is strong and tough and has a great mid range game and should find a spot in the league. He doesn’t have any glaring weakness, just has to fine tune a few little things and he could be a very valuable producer at the next level as a scorer who plays both ends well.

Those guys could be projected higher, I agree, but it’s still early in the season so I wouldn’t be worried they aren’t getting enough attention.

One thing I do know is that Zach LaVine kid is the true prize for UCLA.  He should project a lottery pick if he decalres this year.  I never predicted UCLA to be this good this year.
