Do you guys think he’ll be an NBA player?  He’s limited athletically, but he’s a legit 6’6” and shooting over guys won’t be as much of a problem for a shorter guy who is limited athletically.  He’s got one of the best strokes in college basketball and is shooting 50% from 3 on over 200 attempts.

He’s not the type of guy who will get drafted, and I don’t think he will, but I think he’ll be an NBA player.  Guys who can come in and hit 3 pointers find themselves on NBA rosters and I think he plays his way into the NBA through the Summer League or D-League.

Yeah, he’s automatic.  I think he could be a Tim Legler or Steve Kerr type player only about 3 inches taller.

There have been tall good shooters before so he’s not very unique. He is gonna have to play extraordinarily well in workouts in order to stay with a team

No, he’s not unique, which is why I don’t think he’ll be drafted, but the fact he’s such a specialist I feel he could make a roster.  He’s the type of guy who could light up Summer League and get on a pre season roster.

He may be able to find a Matt Carroll or Kyle Korver role in the NBA. I think it is all about being at he right place right time.

I was actually thinking about this topic earlier, and yes i think he will play in the NBA. I think someone will pick him up from the free-agents sometime next fall, or early winter to see what he has got. And he does have good height, and he is an underrated slasher and defender. He will be a good fit.

He could definitely find a spot in the league as a 3pt specialist.. he’s making HALF of his threes and has already made more than 100 three pointers this season (the 2nd straight season he’s done that). That is INSANE.. to shoot that many threes and shooting 50% from downtown in one of the best conferences in college basketball on argurably the nations best team… that is insanely good. Could be a missing piece on a championship caliber team if he finds the right team.

No. I was talking to OSU fans, and they were saying this guy is nothing more than a shooter. Theres 100s of guys who can shoot the lights out. Him being 6 6 doesnt compensate for the fact he brings absolutely nothing else to the table.
