john wall
If he failed 10th Grade, then his original graduating class should've been last year. Isn't the Collective Barganing Agreement's draft rule based on your original graduating class or is it based on age? He should try and get into the draft, there's got to be some big shot agent/lawyer that would take that on, where does everybody think he would go if he were to somehow get in the draft? I've never seen him play, but there seems to be a consensus among "experts" that he's the next big, athletic, dominant, combo (ala D Wade). Does anybody think he would go before Blake? I imagine somebody might just do that based on his supposed superior physical gifts. Isn't the rule all about your original graduating class? I think Wall is even older than Rubio by a month. If Rubio can get in then there's got to be some kind of way for him to get in too. Did Mayo fail a grade too? If you know, which one was it, that's messed up to think that Wall failed a grade when he was 16 and as a result he can't declare for a year. It just seems something's not right.
Wall could not enter the draft this year even though he was held back a year or a transfer. The rule states that a player must be 19 and must have been out of high school for at least one year. So john wall is unfortunately ineligeble for the 09' draft.
McDonald's game always had that rule. The reason why OJ Mayo could play was that he was a 4 year high school student. In the state of Kentucky, you can play varsity basketball in the 8th, which he did.

does anyone know why john wall was not invited to the mcdonalds all american game?
