CodySLCParticipantI know there has already been topics posted on him. But ive always have been impressed by this kids game. He’s the nations leading scoring at 26ppg and is only 6"2. Has one of the most wicked jump shots ive seen in a long time. Were does everyone have him going in the draft next year? I’m guessing mid to late first round.

RUDEBOY_ParticipantFredette can go anywhere from mid to late 1st or 2nd round…It will depends on what team likes him the most…I heard the Celtics & Memphis were willing to take him in the late 1st round last year…
What i like the most about him, is that he plays every game and every moment of the game like its a championship game….Some people compare him to Eddie House, but he’s a much better passer and better creator than House..I see alot of John Paxson and Mark Price in his game…I hope he’s another Mark Price….

MkadozaParticipantJimmer is a player I can brag about seeing in person when he was a nobody nationally, playing on a overachieving Glens Falls NY squad in the Class A, (one under the largest division AA, with teams like Rice and Mt Vernon). He’s bulked up with out losing any quickness. He’s strong with a good base, and a polished offensive game. But his lack of quickness WILL hurt his draft stock. Whether that hurts his career remains to be seen. Hes going to lose some weight in the NBA, just to try and improve his lateral quickness, but if he shows 2 things, tough man-to-man defense, and actual point guard ability, top 20 is possible. 2nd round is probable.

AlexD220ParticipantJimmer Fredette, of BYU’s men’s basketball team, is apparently all the basketball world can talk about. After leading ninth-ranked BYU to a 71-58 win over fourth-ranked SDSU on Jan. 26 with a whopping 43 points, Fredette still had the stamina to shut down Twitter temporarily, accounts the NY Daily News. Twitter was overwhelmed by Jimmer Fredette love. The servers took a powder.Fredette, of BYU’s men’s basketball team, appears to be all the basketball world can discuss. Twitter could not handle the Fredette mania, so the servers shut down for a while.

Mr. 19134ParticipantI knew this would happen. He was so polished coming into this year he had all the making up lighting up college basketball and becoming the media darling. He is very good tho, who knows he good be the next Mark Price theres room for a player with that skill set to succeed right now. He will got anywhere from 15-30 I think he def goes in the first round tho. And he will at the very least be hitting a few 3’s off somebodies bench next year.

TyrekeJonesParticipantIt was very smart of him to come back for his Senior Year because now if he continues this production while winning and does fairly well in the tournament and if he can lead his team deep in the tournament, he may play his way into the first round and best case scenario late lottery, he has shown a complete offensive game with the ability to shoot the jumper and get to the rim while creating for other teammates. Teams focus is to stop him and he still finds a way to get his points and get his team the win and that is truly special. Not to mention being in the race for NPOY cannot hurt his stock either.

Chicago1980ParticipantHe is a very good college basketball player but I see him also as a late 1st round early 2nd round pick. He reminds me of jj redick and I believe he is gonna be that type of player a good role player that comes off the bench and hits 3’s.

dwilks101586Participantbut i think he’s goin to be in the same league as tyler and jj great in college but just ok in the nba or maybe even worst like adam morrison

JoeWolf1I don’t think he’ll be any risk of being worse than Adam Morrison mainly because he won’t be taken in the top 5. Jimmer is gonna be a mid 1st to early 2nd round pick so even if he doesn’t pan out he won’t have the expectations of a top 5 pick. I think Jimmer will be a decent backup point guard in the league, I think at the worst he’s a stronger Jannero Pargo.

Dale WorthingtonParticipantI love his shooting ability and he can penetrate and bounce off defenders but his athleticism is a bit underwhelming for a black guard.

billykParticipantI think Jimmer is a great college player and that’s about it. He will prolly get drafted in the first round, but he will be a back up at best… I don’t get the Mark Price/John Paxson comparison, considering he plays nothing like either of those players… I can’t see him getting his shot off in the league and he sure isn’t gonna to be able to guard the starting NBA PGs.. I feel like he is way overrated at this point, he has one NBA ability and that’s his jumper off the dribble (I question if he can get it off)… His playmaking ability is also overrated, he seems to be a really good scoring lead guard, but I don’t see NBA point guard playmaking abilities…

iguapops420ParticipantFredette is a beast.

MkadozaParticipantHe’s like a stronger-slower Jameer Nelson. He’s a great shooter who will get open looks because there will be bigger threats on the floor most of the time. And he can create his own shot, using picks, pull ups, step backs, and his overall dribble drive game.
