SeattleSuperChronicsParticipantCorporate greed taking over once again. Why should I have to see American Airlines on my favorite teams jersey. I hate the fact that they are trying to turn our sport into soccer. What if I’m a PS 4 guy and my team has Xbox on their jersey. Just stupid.

ExumInfernoParticipantUgly, bad, stupid, unnecessary, horrible.
I will never buy a jersey with advertising on it. Never.

CynthiaParticipantI knew it was innevitable when they started considering it a few years ago. I personally don’t like it.
It will in no way make me want to purchase anything from those brands. If anything, I will be less likely to purchase from those brands simply out of spite. I know I’m not the only one who feels this way.
I fail to see how annoying fans with ads will boost the advertisers sales, but I guess your casual fan that doesn’t care might be more inclined to buy something because it’s on Steph Curry’s jersey.
I just don’t see why the NBA feels they need this, the NBA is more popular than it’s ever been and they are already raking in more money as it is. I know the rich like to get richer but give me a break.
