IM not saying Lin is an nba player, but did anyone watch the game last night? I thought he looked terrific, and was instantly a fan favorite.. He battled all gm, including one defensive stance where he tied up John wall going to the basket.. Dude was in the zone, and just someone as you watched the game more and more my excitement level began to grow.. I kept saying, “what will Lin do next”…. It may have only been for one evening, but his CONFIDENCE was ooozing last night… I walked away very impressed.

sure does, and was a pleasure to watch.. he is no John Wall, but he seemed up for the challenge last night.. I think he and Jones held wall to 4-18 shooting? could be off, but around there… Other parts of Wall’s gm looked great, but i love seeing an underdog battle… Lins pull up 3 off the pick n roll, his dipsy doo lay in, him splitting the double team, then doing that sick spin move lol (he was called for a charge but all u kept hearing from crowd was oooh…. ahhhh.. lol)

I thought he looked great. Nice quickness and speed, reliable jumper, and great ball handling.

Being the most intelligent player on the court gives you a great advantage and may even land him an NBA job.

Ok… why is Jeremy Lin suddenly "the most intelligent player on the court"? He’s played in like 3 summer league games, his basketball IQ is nowhere near that of many of the summer league guys who’ve  played a few years in the NBA. Are you saying that Asians are intelligent?

I think they’re saying that hes from an Ivy league school, Harvard, which makes him intelligent.

But he really does have a good basketball IQ, he rarely makes mistakes, doesnt make passes or plays that he knows arent there, he is a very smart player.

I’ve seen him play the last few games, yes, he is a pretty smart player. But to call him the smartest is a stretch.

I think he mean because he went to Harvard he is just smart not just b-ball IQ, plus he is Asian. lol
But all jokes aside I think he can play in the league as a 3rd pg and not to mention the money he will make for
a team just because he is Asian lets be honest Yoa and Yi have a big following because the worlds Asian populations
is big and they support their own big time. Yoa starts in the all star game his first year in the L, T- Mac almost gets voted in
last year because he is still big in China.
Last the kid has heart and will work hard and become better. At 6’4″ he has good size for a combo guard.

I think it may be the Havard thing and not necessarily be because he is Asian but I dont know if you were making a joke or not.
