Someone is going to get a steal with Lambs stock so far down. Maybe the pistons get another steal and have a solid 1, 2 with night and lamb

he doesn’t have that killer instinct and too me seems kinda lazy. He also is going to get backed down into the paint by bigger 2 guards the whole game.

I like his skill set but something is just not right with his intangibles that is a big red flag for me. Just not sure he can handle the NBA lilfestyle.

Lamb can get backed down cuz he lacks girth but his arms are so long its still going to be difficult. Imagine him pressuring the passer while the other fronts the post.

Lamb, like a lot of other players reminds me of the Tin Man in the Wizard of Oz.  Not that he doesnt have heart….but that he doesnt believe.  Lamb and PJIII alike just need to realize just how good they really are.

Look, I realize Lamb isn’t a vocal player and he isn’t this star glue guy, but I feel like it is unfair to blame him for the woe’s of last year’s dysfunctional UConn team, as some people have.  It isn’t like Lamb didn’t perform last year.  Lamb isn’t lazy out there.  He works hard without the ball and has a great sense of coming off screens.  He isn’t the safe pick that Beal is, but he isn’t some player who has always underachieved either.  I agree with jhbm24: He will be an excellent pick if he slides to the 2nd half of the lottery and it wouldn’t shock me if he went top 5.

I agree with B-ball_fan about the UCONN team being dysfunctional.. They were crazy.. Players and the coach were never on the same page.  Drummond and Boatwright were a big shock to everyone and Lamb was asked to make everything okay and win a championship.. How many teams lose a senior leader and NPOY and repeat?? Not many..

I have him as #6 on my own big board. So long as hes surrounded by other talent I feel like he can potentially be a great contributor on both sides and probably a 3rd scoring option. Toronto seems like the logical landing place if they can get pg too. Derozan, Jonas, Lamb and their other bigs looks like a pretty solid core.
