That Illini team has several nba prospects…But none of them will be top 15 in this year’s draft..Leonard will be a lottery pick in 2012..

Richmond has a solid future as a defensive player off the bench…And is great in transtion..Hits the boards hard for a guard..But i think he’s only a mid 2nd round pick this year..

1.He takes too many plays off and doesnt play hard all the time..

2.Has a poor basketball IQ..

3.Lacks good shooting skills

4.An average ball handler..

5.Doesnt have a true position…

 ^^^ Late first in this draft on perceived athletics, age/upside, and the fact that while he may have low bball IQ (wouldnt say its abismal on a gerald green, rodney carney, stromile swift level) he is a very versatile player having the potential down the road to gurad positions 2-4. Definitely not lotto yet tho.

Jereme is very versatile that’s why I like him and yes he’s 1st rounder but Lotto I don’t know about that just yet maybe next year

This year?..Second rounder. Its easy to find a versitile small forward so it’s not like a Daniel orton situation.

Not every position. Not a Point guard but can guard them for spurts. Definatly not a PF or Center. He hasn’t shown he’s worth a first round pick this year at all.

He’s a future 1st round prospect, but he has some point-forward skills and potential. He’s a nice passer and a decent ball-handler for his size, but he can’t really shoot and he’s far too weak and skinny to play in the NBA. He reminds me of Wesley Witherspoon when Spoon was a Fr. It may time him 3 or 4 years to be a 1st round prospect (he’d be a 2nd round pick in the 2011 draft I’d say as of now), but he does have the upside to be picked there down the line.

I agree, i think he has the talent to be a first pick down the line if his game continues to progress and he comes out at the right time

Damn, whats the rush? I want him to come to the league and be ready to play and contribute and get minutes. Not be another D-League send down candidate. Let him grow and develop, and become the star we know he will be on the collegiate level before making that jump to the pros. What benefit would it be for him to be a 2nd rounder this yr. No way this kid could compete in the league right now, but he will soon, I’ve been impressed with his play thus far in the season, he has a lil nastiness to him that you like to see in young players.

I would take him in the lottery…Hard nose good defender…..Devin Ebanks 2.0….but he has a chance of being a Rudy Gay type player.
