Raptors Get- Antawn Jamison, 5th Pick and Another player to even the salaries

Wizards Get- Chris Bosh

Raptors can select Jordan Hill with 5th pick and can select Demar DeRozan if he falls or Tyreke Evans

Not bad as far as being fair and making sense for both teams. I think it all depends on if Toronto feels it can sign Bosh. He already said he will test free agency, but at the end of the day, Toronto can offer him most money.

bosh is only a slight upgrade over jamison. bosh is soft and doesn’t play inside much. it only makes washington good on paper. use the number 5 pick on jordan hill and hope he develops into a chris bosh. i dont think he will but has potential.

if you think chris bosh is only a slight upgrade from antawn jamison youre nuts. bosh might be a little soft but theres not a softer PF in the NBA than jamison and hes much older. that trade is basically a best case scenario for washington trying to trade the 5th pick.

Replace Jamison with Butler, make the player, McGee and the number 5. Then you got a deal.

Ive been hoping the wizards would do a jamison for bosh trade in a long time and hopefully get rid of mike james or etan thomas. Now that the raptors traded kapono to the 76ers for reggie evans they would have no interest in thomas and it is very difficult now for the raptors to trade now because kapono and bosh virtually matched jamison and etan thomas in terms of salaries. Mark my words though- if the Raptors don’t feel they will be contenders next year they will trade Bosh and make Bargnani their franchise player and move him to his more natural power forward position. With all this said, I do not think the Raptors will be contenders next year no matter what. They should re-sign Pops-Mensah Bonsu and hang on to Patrick O’Bryant and seriously develop them over the summer and test them during summer leage because if Bosh leaves, expect both to play serious minutes.
