I had a chance to watch jabari play again today on espn. And I’m just so jealous of the advanced overall skill package he posesses. He might not be the freakish athlete that andrew wiggens is, but he by far is the most skilled player in this year senior highschool class. What makes him a high level NBA prospect in my opinion is the fact that he is a very smart basketball player, very versitile with a variety of basketball skills that he can utilize, very unselfish, a team player first, a highly efficient decision maker, and willing to do the small that contribute to a win. It’s no doubt in mind that he is gonna be a great player at duke and potentially compete for the player of the year in college basketball next year. He just makes winning basketball plays and has the high level skill set and decision making instincts that’s needed for him to be a dynamic offensive player who can also make those around him better. The way he combines his high overall skill level with great decision making instincts is similar to how a young and extremely talented Penny Hardaway And Grant Hill use to play like back in the day when they were younger.

Man, he made a move ( stepback fadeaway jumper with a quck release and high arcing shot ) that had me screaming ooh weeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was just an unguardable move that will continue to give many great defenders alot of troble in the future

I see a lot of Paul Pierce in his game. Whoever is fortunate enough to land him in the 2014 draft will be very happy with the pick.

It’ll be interesting to see how much his body and athleticism improves once he gets to Duke this summer and has access to professional strength and conditioning coaches.

If you watched the game he looked like he was at about 80% of his peak physical condition and that’s scary because he was pretty damn good anyways.

I put it this way. Jabari is a sure thing and Wiggins is not.Wiggins is an exciting player that if he were to surpass parkers skill level would be damn good. but we don’t know if that will happen.

I agree he reminds me of Grant Hill too, and Jabari is aa very smoothe athlete, hes not a slouch athletically.

Wiggins isnt just a raw athlete either hes very skilled himself. I pray they square off at the hoop summit. Its crazy that if u combine Parkers skill wit Wiggins athleticism and Randle.s surreal strength, you get a LeBron level prospect.

In short what I see from Wiggins is a really nice skill set but his athleticism is far ahead of his skill set. With Parker, his skill set is very advanced. Right now his body is not toned and tight. So he is not maxed out physically. But the jump shot and skill set and IQ are already there. If he can become more of a gym rat in terms of his physical conditioning the sky is the limit. Wiggins is going to have to really work on his shooting although he is a freakish athlete.
