I do sales for a living and this guy just seems extremely desperate. Positive and exciting but very desperate. People love to buy but hate to be sold. A salesman should never come off as trying to sell something but rather as if they were offering something the customer actually needs or a service. Although he definitely transfers tons of positive energy through the door and has his way with the customers mentally with his talking skills.

Jackson, in his second year,
Jackson, in his second year, may have the right personnel but what he needs now is a clean bill of health from Bogut and Curry.
The team seems to have good chemistry and Jackson’s message is a strong one.

Found this gem of a J-Nixon in action as a door to door salesman the other day. I mean, seriously he makes Billy Mays look like a rookie! This video is pure entertainment BUT it also is motivating in the sense to NEVER GIVE UP! I've never seen a young African American male able to sell anything to a white family! He could probably sell raid to a roach. This was impressive
(PS - J-Nix I was only kidding about this being you. I only used your name because if anyone on the forum could convince anyone on anything it would probably be you. And also, someone on here said you got an outgoing personality on Twitter or something lol)
