Lotto StudParticipantMost of us are eager to see the top tier guys that do not participate in the combine to take part in some drills to see live, but every year it’s always a prospect that did not participate to post an outstanding number in an individual workout. With this being said, as a follower of the draft process, does one outweigh the other on a scale of confirmation to your speculations?

CU.LIONSParticipantIndividual workouts are better for teams because thye can control what gets done and focus more on what they need to see. Pay better attention to detail vs trying to evaluate 30+ players who are all over the place.

HitsterParticipantI think individual workouts are the key and especially when the front office and coaching staff get the chance to see talk to a guy and see what he is really like as a person as much as an athlete.

Lotto StudParticipantSpeaking of character, there have been many guys in the pre draft process to con organizations with the image of being on a narrow path, only to get a taste of the limelight to become a cancer.
