bobbybParticipantI kinda think if the Knicks jumped in( if the Lakers back out) and put in Amare, so the Knicks would have CP3 MELO and Chandler, i have a feeling the Melo/ Amare relationship will fall apart because both guys are ball stoppers.

llperezamare is pretty much equal to pau before we even take odom into consideration. That means the knicks would have to throw in one hell of a player on top of amare to make it a better deal then the lakers offer otherwise how could these grumbling owners justify stopping the laker trade and then allowing him to go to the knicks which is also a major market.

iguapops420ParticipantJust showing us all how afraid every owner is of Kobe getting a true pg who can allow him not have to create for himself and others 90% of the time. Owners were probably led by MJ who was just dying when he heard it was possible Kobe would pass him at 6. BS. BS.BS.BS.BS.BS.BS.BS. The deal is definitely apparently dead. source have confirmed. I vow, that if this happens and they officially lose this deal, I will no longer watch basketball. My days will be over, because I watched teams do this same kind of stuff for 20 years now buying low and selling high, but just as soon as this deal went through, rules and everything changed. I promise, I will be done. To you, all of my nbadraft.net friends, I will still hang around, post occasionally, but most CERTAINLY never watch again.
