rileymcshea3ParticipantSo what if there is a lock out this year and no games are played. But heres the question whats gonna be the draft order? Is it gonna be the same draft order? Because then the Cavs could get Harrison Barnes Or if any one is projected highed after college season. But then The T-Wolves as you see in the 2012 mock draft the first 6 players are all forward which we all know the Wolves do not need and that would certainly cause alot of trades

jeff416ParticipantIf there is no season, I would think they would redo the lottery off last years standings. And if the Wolves got the #1 pick, they would probably take Andre Drummond(if he’s able to come out).

surveParticipantFirst off, there is no way NBA misses the entire season….but lets say it did happen. The reason for the lottery is to keep a team that has no hopes of making the playoffs, tank just to gain a higher pick, right? If there is NO season this year, now it becomes the exception and not the rule. There really would be no reason to redo the lottery and teams will pick in the order they finished. Conceptually the lottery would not be needed.

providencefriars1ParticipantESPN rumor from yesterday, Chad Ford said he did not know exactly what would happen, but one solution could be to have all 30 teams in the lottery and the odds would go by projected 2011-2012 standings.

Andrew1984ParticipantWow. Imagine if there was no pro basketball or football next year. We’d all get bored and start reading Shakespeare and Nietzche and Faulkner.

gambitaceParticipantA 30 team lottery drawning would get higher rates than the last 6 years of NBAdrafts combined

aamir543ParticipantIf the NFL and NBA season are locked out, my grades will go above 4.0. I’ll be so bored I’ll be forced to do the homework at home, instead of rushing to do it 5 minutes before class starts.
