The Josh Smith signing in Detroit, isn't too bad...Remember the Pistons have capable 3 point shooters in Kyle Singler (who will back up Smith at small forward), Kris Middleton (who can also back up Smith), Kim English, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, and Brandon Knight ...I think J-Smoove will just start the game at small forward, to put the Pistons best players on the floor, but for the most part, he'll be either be paired up with either Drummond or Monroe, when one exits the game, and then Maurice Cheeks will insert in a legit small forward, who can stretch the floor...With good passers in the front court in Drummond, Monroe, and Josh Smith, this also alleviates the Pistons need for a pass first point guard. So Brandon Knight can be Brandon Knight, and score. Josh Smith gives you 3 to 4 dimes a night, and so does Monroe... Drummond can pass well too. Josh Smith just has to lose some bulk and work on his mid range & 3's religiously, and I think this signing will be an okay fit
Just no. All no.
i agree with everything except saying jsmoove should lose some bulk? he is one of the most in shape atheletic people in the game. Even after being fairly new, i been reading on here for about 3 years now and to be honest i never thought i would agree with a person who actually posted a forum on drafting players because of theirs looks but overall good analysis about the pistons lineup
Smith has crazy hops, but sometimes he plays seasons a little chubby. He's very athletic, but he's never been a workout warrior or one of the most in shape guys in the league.
you gone have to be more specific than some seasons that a little vague for me. For guy 6'9 around 230 he seems to be able to dunk on anybody and get to wherever he wants on the court barring he doesnt try to get too fancy. but yea crazy hops, deserved more money since he wasnt signed by a contender
