MalcolmxParticipantI am happy that Harrow has not given up this season. It appeared like he was not built for UK basketball earlier this season, and the media dogged him out every chance they got.Seems like he has turned it around and has been having good games consistently.Right now against UL he is playing a descent game.Had a tough floater and a mid range shot. And also dropped a smooth assist from a little past half court to Noel for a reverse slam. I hope Harrow can keep this up and earn his way back into first round draft talk. The talent is there it’s just the mental part that was holding him back and it appears as if he is growing up now.

SubZeroParticipantHe needs to get a lot stronger and work on his PG skills. I hope he doesn’t decide to leave too early because he’s got some things he needs to work on, but he has a chance to be a decent NBA player someday

JoeWolf1He’s not an NBA player IMO, he’s stinking up the early 2nd half with lazy passes and lapses in focus. He can’t stay in front of anyone on D, either.

Mr. 19134ParticipantHarrow has clearly grown an inch or 2 since NC State and looks to be a legitimate 6’2. But he’s still far from an NBA calibur prospect and what happen to his exceptional athleticism? Like on that steal and breakaway I feel like the old Harrow would of through down a monstrous jam and instead he just went in for a simple layup that I thought was gonna roll out.
With the Harrison twins coming in next year I wonder what Harrow is gonna do because if he declares he won’t get drafted, he should just stay for his SR year.

the I in winParticipantI’m glad someone brought that up, with the twins coming, leaving after this year may seem like a good idea for Harrow but he needs to stay. I now Aaron Harrison will be great but he will have freshman mistakes and Cal like to pull freshmen early in the season to make a point so the opportunity would be their.

MalcolmxParticipantThe expectations we put on him were very high. He is not rose, wall or even knight or teague. but he is a good college guard who can and probably will make it to the next level. Also that athleticism is there but he just stuck to an easy 2. I’m pulling for Harrow and Im not a UK fan either. His defense does need to improve alot just like one of you guys said

Mr. 19134ParticipantOne thing for certain is that Russ Smith is a 1st round pick whenever he delcares, he plays just like Darrell Armstrong from the Magic use to play.

MalcolmxParticipantMr.19134 I have not heard a comparison that dead on in a while. Russ is damn near the same player as Armstrong.Armstrong would pick your pocket clean and rise up on a break and dunk it just like Russ does right now.Damn sure should be a first round pick but scouts don’t like some of the shots he takes.I say to hell with that because the boy would be a real pest and he can pass to a certain degree. Also he will make tough shots. Good comparison!
