When I think of glue guys, I think of guys that have a positive impact on the floor without necessarily putting up big numbers. Players in the Robert horry, Derek Fisher mold. I’d kind of hesitate to put guys like Draymond Green and Lou Williams in this category but I guess it depends on your definition. Some examples of glue guys in the nba off the top off my head are josh Richardson, Danny green, Patrick Beverly, kelly olynk, Otto Porter, Kyle korver (more so a few years ago), Steven Adams, Robert Covington, Andre Igoudala, joe Ingles.

The Warriors have 3 flat out SUPER STARS — KD, Steph, and Klay along with 3 (more than 3?) high level glue guys — Draymond Green who should be on Glue Guy Mount Rushmore, Iggy, and Javal McGee (run/jump etc.). Ok, you can put ZaZa on here, too to round out the Golden State Warriors’ Four Horsemen.

Not sure about the players, but among coaches, I’d go with Tyronn Glue.

Well he was already listed above, but I’d go with Sweet Glou Williams.

Malcom Brogdon. Not great at any one thing and definitely not bad at any one thing and without him the Bucks look lost. They really miss his perimeter D and overall consistency. I’ve continued to like him more and more over the last two years.

Joe Ingles is pretty good as a glue guy. Doesn’t have to be a star, just goes about his business. Helps that he’s an elite 3pt shooter too.

i agree on joe ingles. he improves the play and mood of those around him, does whatever he needs to for the team to win. he is very valuable to the team for sure.
