Just watched yesterday’s game against Italy at the U18 euro, he clearly was impressive. I am still concerned because he still is not starting in Pro A, but I find him intriguing enough to be in the conversation even for number 1. With how deep this draft class is I understand why he is ranked around 10 right now, but imo he shows less flaws that any other top PGs in this class and he is the youngest and has the best body.

Interestingly, France are finalists today and the last two times they won that tournament they had very good future NBAers (Tony Parker in 2000 and Nicolas Batum in 2006).

I think I would not rank him in the top 5 unless (until?) he starts and puts up good enough numbers in Pro A. If he ends the season with several 20ish pts game at that level though, I would definitely.

He is comparable to Fox in ht. and wt.  How does his speed and ball handling compare? Hopefully these guys go to combine this year.

He seem to have a way better wingspan and is one inch taller. Also, euro guys size tend to be underestimated (almost systematically without shoes size: Gobert was listed at 7’0", Fournier at 6’6" etc…). I think Ntilikina projects as being able to guard 1-2-3. Speed hard to evaluate, Ntilikina does not seem as impressive as Fox for sure, but Fox is playing in NCAA while last year Ntilikina seemed faster than former NBA guard Beaubois. I agree combine would help. Though I am almost 100% sure Ntilikina will still be competing in France at that time unfortunately.

With so many guards in next year’s draft a Euro guy like Ntilikina is a bit of a wild card as scouts won’t see him matching up against other top prospects like they do in the NCAA. But that could work both for and against him, his draft stock may not be so high but would have less chance of falling.

A lot of teams will surely have him in for a workout just to cast an eye over him in case they happen to be missing out on the next top Euro prospect. But his size will be of interest to a lot of teams given his wingspan and if the Lakers pick goes to Philly, he could be a nice fit there to give them defensive options even if Simmons might be main ball distributor.

Also the sort of guy Thibs would take a long look at given his love of defensive players. Denver have drafted a load of Euro guys so might consider him too. And I could not see him falling past the Bucks, he’d be a nice ball carrier when the Freak isn’t on court and working with Kidd would be great for him and it gives Bucks insane length across the court.

Exum also was a "young Kobe" had the look and feel but we didn’t get to see him against the NBA athleticism.

FrankN looks the part, but his athleticism is hard to judge unless he’s on an even playing field with the great set of PGs we have in NCAA.  Therefore, there will be a pause, and his shot has improved but I woudln’t say he has a good shot.

For Philly, they simply need a guy that can play off Simmons.  Be the Kyrie to Simmons Lebron, but hopefully play better D than Kyrie.

Fultz is obviously that guy and can get his shot better than all the rest.

Ball is just a passer has no midrange game but is a nice defender, but the Sixers need help on offense.

Fox, I don’t see much of a difference between his skillset and Ball.  Ball has better courtvision, but so what they’ll be playing NBA system and we have the best passer in the league in Simmons, yeah I said it.  I’ve seen enough of Simmons to make that claim.  Fox is a better driver and defender than Ball.  Ball the better passer and shooter.  So you take Ball over Fox due to his shooting, but it isn’t gross like the projection of 3 vs 8 or 9.

Ntilinka has questionable athleticism and shot, but great defensive potential.  Handling is also suspect.  I see him being a defensive force in the NBA but could possibly be a slightly better Michael Carter Williams, just keeping it real.  We all know what happened to Exum.

So if its up to me, I’m going Fultz, Ball, Fox, Ntilinka in that order.

I’ll take Jackson and Ntilinka or Fox, but that gives us virtually no perimeter shooting on the floor.

I’ll take Fultz and Tatum which gives us offense and enough length to be good on defense.

So who you want, Jackson and Ntilinka or Fox….

    or Fultz and Tatum?

Assuming we get 2 and 9?

Ive only seen a bit of Frank but first impression thoughts were of Dante Exum. Both good defenders, good IQ and passing. Not so sure how good his shot and offense are, but by the looks of things will be similar to Exum and not a shoot first PG looking to score 30ppg
