What about Joakim Noah? Jrue has been good but he leads the league in turnovers, you also forgot Marc Gasol who is #1 in FT%, assists, top 5 in FG% and rebounding among all centers

I put Deng in there instead of Noah for the Bulls. Both guys are going a great job for Chicago but I think Deng has been better and is more valuable. Maybe Noah over Lopez.

I really wanted to put Marc Gasol in there, but I had two guys from Memphis already, and Dwight is still putting up better numbers. Although if Memphis continues to play this well and Lakers don’t pick it up I might swap Marc for Dwight.

He is and he deserves to make it and might if Kyrie is out for a while, but for now Kyrie is the better and more valuable player, that’s not even a question.

Just because the Nets are winning shouldn’t earn Lopez a spot on the team… his value to his team isn’t as high as a lot of other centers in the east such as Varejao, Noah, Garnett, Chandler and I feel as though Monroe is the better center as well. Lopez doesn’t rebound very well for a center, his defense is below average as are his passing skills. He also can’t really help his team win games (see 2010-11 season)… He really shouldn’t get a spot on the team imo.
Also, so far this season Brandon Jennings has been a better player for the Bucks than Monta Ellis… More assists, rebounds, steals, less turnovers, better percentages. What else does he have to do to get the nod over Ellis lol.

Well call me old fashion or whatever, but I like to reward winning teams, as great as Vareajo has been, Cleveland doesn’t deserve two all stars, and Kyrie is clearly the better player of the two. I agree Varejao is playing better than Lopez, but I don’t think team with a loosing record should have two players as all-stars. Sorry but winning is important too.

And I never said my list was the “right one”, I had a tough time between Jennings and Ellis, I took Ellis, you took Jennings. I have no problem if it was Jennings over Ellis. Just my opinion.

The cavs have a horrible record, Kyrie or Varejao shouldn’t be all stars with that awful record. This has been true for many players in the past.

    Good list!….
In the West I think I would have to take David Lee out and put Kevin Love in eventhough he’s played only 6 games, I just cant overlook 21pts and 15rbs a game. Im still kind of unsure about Tony Parker. I’d probably go with the rookie Lillard, their numbers are almost identical. TP with 18 and 7, Lillard with 19 and 6. I was thinking Anthony Davis had an outside chance of sneaking in until he got injured. In the East I’d stick with Monta over B Jennings. Im not a fan of Brook Lopez because he doesn’t rebound or play D that well. Varejao will def be my pick. I would want to put either Josh Smith, David West, or Al Horford in, but I dont know if they should replace Deng or not.
