KayjayParticipantGreat player and all, but his season is over. Lets give it up for the Heat.
This is a team none of us really believed could come this far.
- They formed just this year and came out with the second seed
- They beat a favorited Celtics team.
- Against all odds managed to be the first team to ever beat a team during the playoffs that they didn’t beat the regular season
- Lebron has taken his game to the next level and went from Le’choke to Leclutch
No ring yet, but be honest, how many of you thought they’d make it this far? Do you think that they will only get better after this year despite an impending lockout?

llperezAll respect to the heat for their accomplishments, but let’s put things Into perspective. They have 2 of the top 3 or 4 players in the game and another all star as well. MANY people were talking about them winning 65-70 games this year. They should expect themselves to win it all this year. This isn’t a shock.

651TwolvesParticipantAt the beginning of the season people were talking about them winning that many games, but after their slow start the buzz was that the heat were a bust and 2 ball dominant players with average 3 pt shots couldn’t play side by side.
And they do expect to win, they clearly stated it in their welcoming party for james and bosh. I didn’t really believe they could have done it this fast, but they still have a tough task in the Mavs, so we’ll see.
