 Nice to see Goulding suiting up in the summer league. The Mavericks don’t have a specific need at SG but he could use the oppotunity to prove himself to other NBA teams and European big shots.

Anybody know much about Davis Bertans coming over? I saw that his brother is going to play for the Celtics and it got me wondering about him. I’m pretty sure the Spurs own his draft rights. They could use a guy like him who had a good season in Europe and looks like he’ll keep improving, especially if the retirement rumours about Duncan have substance.

As a NZ basketball fan, I’d prefer Adams to participate in the World Cup, he’d be playing against some of the best players in the world and that high level of competition would push him to improve. I understand his decision to stay and play in the summer league, where the Thunder can keep moulding him into the player they want him to be, but I can’t help but feel disapointed.

 Scotty Hopson was the man at Tennessee; good to see him getting some kind of shot. What is going on with Nedovic, this guy is too talented to be sitting on the bench all year again.
