Durant vs Lebron tonight
They picked a bad day for this game. Doubt my wife is going to be happy with me turning the channel to watch basketball.
This is why I have always have had an issue with everyone saying Russell is an elite top 3 PG. If he can't score he doesn't bring anything else to the table. I prefer the PG's that can take over games without having to score only.
What else do you want Russ to do right now? Everybody else has to play like he's playing. They all are struggling, he's getting to the basket and getting fouled. KD has been getting plenty of shots and looks. He's just not converting on them. That Russ Westbrook criticism is not necessary SO FAR this game. When KD is struggling, Russ is SUPPOSED to go get his. Should he stand around and wait til KD starts making shots?
Now I know people have been saying that Perkins shouldn't get the run he gets now for years. But at what point does Coach Brooks get it and make a change? Is it at a point where he just doesn't want to admit the mistake? It isn't just about matchups. It is that when playing a really good team OKC can't have a guy who can't rebound, can't shoot, can't block shots, etc on the floor for huge amounts of minutes.
But in some ways it doesn't matter when Lebron plays this good. There is no answer to this level of talent when it plays this smart.
For_Never_Ever I think whoever is competing with you for points took them away from you cuz you didnt say anything wrong and you got negged like 20 points in this post.
Lebron is in that zone where no one can touch him, only the elite superstars go there. Durant will go there someday but he's not there right now. If Lebron keeps this up I have a hard time believing anyone can beat them in the playoffs. And I respect Durant and Westbrook but like I said at the begining of the season I think the Spurs can still get it done. Imagine if they get Josh Smith there, that'd be scary.

This is going to be a great game, and a potential finals rematch. I think Lebron will prove tonight that he's the one deserving the MVP trophy. What do you guys feel about tonight's matchup?
