valentineim at a tourney, where teams such as brewster, and st. thomas moore are in. and both teams have highly rated players. most of brewsters squad is going to top d1, and st. thomas moore has andre drummond, "the next best thing"
well let me say- both teams lost today to, ehh decent teams but w/ no real stars on either schools, and they just looked awful.
andre drummond, most overrated player since kwame brown and darko millicic. hes awful, and i do not see him succeeding in the nba. and the player thats on brewster, nadir tharpe, who will be balling at kansas next year, well i dont even see him touching the court any time soon.

The lake show2Andre has potential but he is overrated. He doesn;t dominate and he doesn’t go hard all the time. He’s not very skilled either, just relying on his athletic ability. Have you ever seen him play Blood or you just going by highlights? Because if you have seen him play you know he doesn’t dominate and needs to work on alot of things. He is overrated as far as some of the overhype he has gotten( some said he would be the number one pick if he came out this year). He has the most potential in his class (haven’t we heard that before) but he is not as good as others such as Shabazz and Coleman who both dominate much more

nateoak10ParticipantBrandon Ashley, top 10 for his class at PF. I go to school with him, he will be legit. He got a offer from all the Pac 10 schools and Kentucky

iguapops420ParticipantDrummond is over-rated to a sense. He’s a very passive player, but is fairly talented a passer. He doesn’t have the aggression to be Amare 2.0. IMO he’s more of a Pau Gasol with Amare’s build and athleticism. I’m still very high on him, just don’t think he’s the franchise savior or #1 oprion people are expecting.

The lake show2I’m not saying he wont be a Franchise guy(i don’t think he will though because of his passiveness, that tends not to change much) because there were guys who didn’t look like franchise guys in HS that ended up becoming one (although all of them at least dominated if they were the guy on there team)

HitsterParticipantI’ve only seen highlight reels of Drummond play so I cannot really give an assessment of his upside but he does have huge size which will interest any team. Once we know his college choice and see him in the NCAA then we will have a far better idea of his NBA potential. Don’t forget he is still likely 2 years away from being drafted!

The lake show2Usually at this stage the number one player is Dominate. He isn’t. Even number one freshmen are dominate unless they play on a team full of very good players like Gilchrist did as a freshman at St. Patrick. He will still go top 3 or even number one because of potential but to this day there has been zero players who had low or ok motors who have ever reached there potential
