The NFL has a universal value sheet for all draft picks. Something like the first pick in the draft is 4000 points…..the second pick has a value of 3500, and so on down the line. Does the NBA have such a universally accepted value system used to evaluate draft worth? If so, what would picks 16 and 26 be worth in value for the Bulls to trade those picks for in order to move up? I would hope they would be able to move into the top ten.

I don’t think trading picks 16 & 26 would be enough to move up into the top 10.
