    I apologize for the silly question, but for the teams that are in the playoffs, is the draft order determined by where they finish in the playoffs or regular season?

    Regular Season

    For example, Cleveland has the best record they get the 30th pick. But for this year it was traded to Washington, so they will have their pick.
