Hype MachineWould take courage to make that happen.
Carmello is equal to Love and maybe a better fit.
Bradley is also a better fit than Irving on the Cavs but might need more of a sweetener than Amir Johnson. Throw in a high draft pick (3-6) that can be easily traded for help at C/SG and you could have a deal.

HitsterParticipantBoston would realistically never do that deal, they are already a successful team, have a very nice draft pick due from the Nets this year, they have Amir Johnson with a huge team option which they could flip in a trade if needed.
With Boston it all depends where the Nets pick lands, if it’s top 3 then I guess they draft, if it ends up 5-7 then they may consider trade offers.
But don’t forget Boston can swap picks with the Nets next year, own the Nets 2018 pick and if the Nets do have to rebuild Boston could be a strong play off team with high picks in the next 3 drafts. Boston also have 19th pick via Mavs and their own pick this year at 23. They have 5 second rounders including Philly’s at 31 which is almost a 4th first rounder this year and T-Wolves at 35. So Danny Ainge has a load of ammo to improve his roster.

CasualCeltOne aspect of the Nets’ pick and other draft picks in general is the absurdly good value of those 4 year rookie contracts, especially as the cap goes up.

natevalParticipantLove’s stock is at an all time low, I don’t think the Celtics are desperate to get him anymore. Celtics are in a really really good postion right now and moving forward

MopgrassParticipantOn draft night I just want to see the 76ers trade. For anyone. I’m not even a Sixers fan. Correct you center position glut people.

TyroberParticipantCavs might end up trading Love or Irving in the summer if they dont want the finals but I do not see them trading both.
