I think this draft will be like the 98 draft were the best player doesn’t go top 3 and a supposed weak draft class turns out a couple hall of famers.

Thats a bold prediction. Thumbs up for giving this draft a chance. For such a weak draft there are a lot of teams trying to move up.

For a weak draft this draft has a lot of talent it all comes down to team and fit. Look at Shabazz Muhammed for all the flack he gets he produced better than Harrison Barnes stat wise and guys like Austin Rivers. Cj Leslie is a Shawn Marion clone. KCP is a smooth shooting SG. Alex Len Steven Adams and Miles plumlee are intruiging 7 footers. Mcw reminds me of Tony wrote but on right team he’s a stud. Trey Burke at worst is Ty Lawson people put to much stock in lane agility drill and all that but if you saw Jarret Jacks numbers you would say he had no chance he turned out good. There are numerous Pg with worst agility. The thing the combine doesn’t measure is first step and he’s got it. Also their us Oladipi who I think will be a star then you have Nerlens Noel who might be offensively challenged but for a guy who is he out up better numbers on a similar team then Andre Drummond and Noel is cat quick for a big man. I think Otto porter will be serviceable and I think Shane Larkin will at least be a quality starter if given opportunity. I think this draft will be as good if not better than last years. Only time will tell.

Not sure about the HOF but I feel the strength of this draft is 8-20 not 1-7

If I were high up I’d look to back down and maybe pick up a pick next year – there will be a lot of solid 1s and 2s taken and I think that’s where the strength is

This draft is not weak to me. You have guys in second round who can come in who can play a role for playoff teams like Tim Hardaway Jr, Ricard Howell, Erick Green, Lorenzo Brown and other second round gems. You have guys if they go to the right team and develop right they have a chance to be really special: Trey Burke, Victor Oladipo, Anthony Bennett, Nerlens Noel, CJ McCollum, MWC, Shabazz etc.

This draft is solid, you might not get superstars, hall of fame caliber players but you guys who can be starters, all stars, and play significant roles for playoff teams if they land in the right situation. People talk about the 2014 draft but you never know what happens during the season.

This draft may not have any LeBron Jameses, Tim Duncans or Kobe Bryants, but it has a lot of solid talent and possible sleepers all they way though. This isn’t a draft to find core players but a draft for pieces to build around a core.

Its hard to pick a player because they are so many solid players. Nothing crazy special “yet”, but so many options. And the second round is so deep as well. Pumped for Draft!
