AllenParticipantHes a solid backup center for the grizz. Solid defensive center.

rvirsalParticipantmilicic hasn’t found his niche in this league. if only a team would play him at the four and not the five, he’d proly do better. darko’s been playing quite well for the grizz at the 5 but i think he’d be better off playing the 4. darko’s skills are being under-utilized, and just coz he’s 7 feet tall, he’s being treated as a center. if the jazz lose okur, they should get darko (okay, he’ll be forced to play the 5 on defense but he won’t play in the post on offense coz booze/millsap would be there).

AllenParticipantThe Grizz played him at the 4 next to Marc Gasol this season and Darko failed. He doesnt really have any skills offensively

tac_bluesThe guy averaged 5 pts and 4 boards this season. He was picked AHEAD of melo, wade, bosh etc. So yes, he is an absolute bust.

TocaneParticipantThey don’t even have the same game, so how can you compare him to Darko?
That’s like me saying, “I hope Lebron James doesn’t become another Kwame Brown.”
Two entirely different players

tac_bluesI don’t think anyone has actually compared them. Just that they hope he doesn’t end up like Darko. They might not have the same game but a bust is a bust.

The8thDeadlySinParticipantWhat? He is good!!!! The second center on one of the worst teams in the league. A 7 footer who can’t rebound. A guy picked before 5 or 6 franchise players. What a resume.

mb6297I hope Motiejunas makes it. Seems pretty athletic and talented for his size.

dandunk76Participanti watched him play in malaga a couple years ago in a nba europe live exhibition game when he had just signed with memphis and me and my friends couldnt believe how crap he was he kept missing easy shots around the basket kwame brown style it was kinda sad really and players like marcus haislip and boniface ndong who you guys probably never heard of where dominating him. i dont really know about this montejunas guy i hope he isnt another international prospect high pick bust a lot of guys get hyped up to be future all stars, some make it (#3 pick gasol,#1 yao) but a lot of them (2# darko,1# bargnani )really seem to struggle making an impact
