festar35ParticipantDoes anyone know why Granger only played 17mins tonight? Did he re-injure his ankle, new injury or just pulled for going 1-8 + 0-2 from 3point line?

ProudGrandpaParticipantAnd for anyone watching that game, is there a worse NBA free throw shooter than Jamaal magloire? Two airballs in one game, smh…

IndianaBasketballParticipantBalanced effort for the Pacers tonight. Hill really stepped up.
Wishing George would be more aggressive.

mcbaileyParticipantYeah, he got tossed out. Overreacted to a call for the first technical, and taunted a player after he blocked a shot.
And yeah. XD Toronto was booing so loud after Jamaal airballed that second FT. I was embarrassed for him, and basketball fans everywhere after that one.

I hate these new technical foul rules. They are so ridiculous as if all NBA players should play like robots and show no emotion.

mcbaileyParticipant@23: Yeah, it’s a little…well, it’s bull, frankly. There’s disrespecting the game, as David Stern puts it, and then there’s making the refs feel bad because a player might have raised his voice. Or rolled his eyes. I’ve seen both get techs.
I didn’t realize that grown men had to pander to the officials like they do.

ProudGrandpaParticipantIn the zebra’s defense, there was probably some profanity involved

festar35ParticipantI know what you mean, if PG just got a bit more aggressive he would be a consistent 15-16ppg kinda guy and could really be a go-to-guy in the clutch (Reggi Miller said in interview that he would like to see George get the ball, "he can get to anywhere on the floor he wants." He just seems content on playing his role which in most cases is a good thing, but when you got that amount of potential/skill it would nice for him to step up.

omphalosParticipantGive George time, they are winning and playing a role on a winning team is better than putting up empty numbers. Paul George and Evan Turner are in better situations than John Wall to prepare them for taking the reins and actually being successful.

ItsVictorOladipoParticipantGranger is playing just awful this year, I’m actually really surprised that the Pacers are playing so well with him playing like garbage. If I’m the Pacers I’d wait for him to have a few good games then quietly start shopping him to see if there are any interested teams out there.
