PrecociousNeophyteParticipantThis guy has been tearing it up lately for Weber State. He is averaging 28.2 points for the season, which leads the NCAA. He had 41 points in last nights game against San Jose St. He is a deadly 3-point shooter at 44% for the year while making 3.7 of them per game. He can also get to the line at a pretty good rate. He is averaging 9 free throws a game while hitting on 87% of them. What is this guys potential at the next level? Has anybody seen him play or knows when Weber State is going to be on T.V.? He is only 6-2, so that probably hurts him and he is not playing the greatest competition at Weber State.

NickWayne87Participantis they have him at the beginning of the second round in next years draft but isn’t this his senior year?

PrecociousNeophyteParticipantI didn’t even realize that they had him in the 2013 mock. I think they have to fix that. ESPN has him as a senior.

B FreeParticipantHe is a red shirt junior. Last year before he got hurt he was starting to get some hype after two very good seasons and was awarded a medical redshirt.

WinterSoldierParticipantHe kind of reminds me of Eddie House. I think a playoff team in the late first round would be smart to pick him up.

CheesusParticipantI just graduated from Weber State last April, but have still been going to all the home games this year. I have met Damian Lillard personally a few times. and I can say he is a class act. He has near Jimmer range and accuracy from the 3 point line and as mentions can get to the rim and free throw line often. He was injured early on last year (his junior year) but was given a medical red shirt so this is technically his junior year. I remember before he was injured both nbadraft.net and draftexpress had him as a mid to late first round pick in the 2011 draft (at one point he was above Jimmer on this site). Right now both have him in the second round (nbadraft in 2013 and draftexpress 2012) I personally expect him to rise in the mock drafts as the year goes along and imagine that getting hurt early last year is the reason for him being placed in the second round. Luckily he recovered from injury and looks stronger and more focused than ever. He is a very high character person and obviously a crowd favorite. After wins he will go to the student section and give high fives to everyone. He is just a solid person who wants to win and truly doesn’t care about personal recognition. I think he will be at least a solid back up on the NBA level, maybe even a starter.

PrecociousNeophyteParticipantGood looks robertfreeman. I should have seen that he only played 285 minutes last year and suspected a redshirt.

RUDEBOY_ParticipantDamian Lilliard impressed alot of scouts when he played on the College Select team that scrimmaged against Team USA last year..Just like alot of players from small schools scouts worry about the competition he plays against…
He’s a good defender, nice 1 on 1 skills, good shooter and gets to the rim easily, shifty ball handler ..But he has to improve his in between game, right now he’s mostly looking to hit the 3 or take it to the rim…And maybe like Norris Cole who some also questioned the competition he played against,he to could slip into the late 1st round…

PrecociousNeophyteParticipantThanks for the input cheesus. Now I really want to see this guy play since you say he can make it splash from way down town. It’s nice to know that he is a good person too. I have a feeling he is going to rise up the draft boards by June.

CheesusParticipantyou can watch most of their games for free streaming on this link http://b2tv.com/upcoming_events.asp?q=v&value=bigsky looks like the next game will be on the 10th against Southern Utah. They play BYU on Wednesday night, but I’m not sure how you can watch that game. Both games this week are against in state rivals and should be good. Southern Utah isn’t horrible.

CheesusParticipantNo problem man. Just remember it’s a free service so don’t expect the best quality, but it is watchable usually. Here a pretty cool highlight of him from the other day http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=541144112732
