Lebron’s HairlineParticipant– Report: Celtics say they won’t trade Rajon Rondo
– Just to reiterate, Lakers GM Kupchak says he’s not trading Howard
– Denial: No Suns’ Gortat for Thunder’s Perkins trade happening
– Report: Bucks tell teams Brandon Jennings is off market
– Report: Hornets shopping Eric Gordon around, finding no takers
– Grizzlies, multiple teams in on J.J. Redick trade talks
reports Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo Sports.
Indiana, Milwaukee, Chicago and Minnesota have expressed interest in trading for Redick, but teams have been reluctant to give up a first-round pick and a good young player for a player who could turn into a rental for the rest of the season.
The Philadelphia 76ers could be a real possibility for Redick in free agency, sources told Yahoo! Sports. Redick has a strong relationship with coach Doug Collins, the father of his close friend and Duke assistant coach, Chris Collins.

Lotto StudParticipantWhat ever happened to Tyreke Evans being on the market?

Lebron’s HairlineParticipantHe’s an UFA after the season so I doubt he has any real value

BasketBalAllanParticipantSince when is Reke an UFA and not a RFA?

Lebron’s HairlineParticipantThey’ve already made it known they won’t resign him and let him test the market

BasketBalAllanParticipantSince the only thing more uncertain right now than the Kings future ownership is their future GM I am not really sure how anyone could know what the Kings plan is for Tyreke.
Not offering him an extension is not even close to the same thing as making him an UFA, the only way that happens is if come summer time they renounce his bird rights. Renouncing those rights would be foolish unless they get some serious interest from a bigger FA, which is unlikely at best. They might simply be waiting to see what they can leverage away from other teams in exchange for not matching his offer sheet, they might be hoping the only offers he receives are lower than the extension they would have had to have given him by now, or they might just be making up their minds still.

Moon RiverParticipantJennings is a RFA, so no real incentive for Milwaukee to trade him without adequate value coming back.
Kupchak stated that Howard is “the best center in the league, why would we trade him?” I hope that is rehtorical because the Howard experience is not working Mitch.
The Bulls will somehow, someway dump Rip Hamilton. They are not winning this year and it will kill Reinsdorf to pay the luxury tax and not have a legit shot at the title.

Moon RiverParticipantAnybody know if Seattle has interest in re-signing Evans? He is an interesting player in the right situation.

MUbballfanParticipanthoopsrumors.com is the best site I know of for trade rumors. Go there.

Chilbert arenasParticipantComing down the stretch I doubt any blockbuster deal goes down. Just small cap space moves like the Griz did earlier to get Jon Leuer

Bed HeadParticipantif they resign Bynum (which seems a bit “dicey” to me).
Anyways, what makes those sources so sure Doug Collins is still going to BE the 76ers coach next season? Kinda feels like it might be time for a “fresh voice” in the locker room. (He’s looking/sounding rather tired lately.)
