BasketBalAllanParticipantI am starting to have a lot more respect for Bill Walton than I used to. Ever since he started working with the Kings, he has been talking about Cousins picking up fouls that he feels are unnecessary for the refs to call, or just bad calls in general, and about how what is really killing the Kings is their lack of preventing guard penetration. After watching these past three games I have to say that I agree with what he has been saying all along. I think that the Kings have a bright future but are going to need to use most of the current roster as either leverage through expiring contracts or as trade bait if they want to put together a team that truly has a chance at contending again. As of right now I think there are only a few players who should not be shopped; Tyreke, Cousins, Whiteside, and Casspi. Somehow, the Kings are going to need to find on both court leadership and stability, either from trades or from signings. I like the coaching currently; many people are quick to blame the coach for the Kings lack of wins but I have to say I once again agree with Walton when he says that if the Kings players did as good a job as players as Westphal does as their coach then they would look like a very solid basketball team.

dye84Participantcousins picks up a lot of dumb fouls which isnt good for the limited number of minutes he plays, tyreke will be very good but he is not known for his defense even tho he has a "NBA body" udrih will never be known for his defense and is a third guard at best, i think westphal is doing the best with what he has making chicken salad out of chicken S***, kings need stability at the coaching position and he brings that, but if udrih and dalembert are your veteran players, you wont win many games, hopefully they can actually move up in the lottery this year
