 Think this is the best comparison I’ve seen for Sexton. I personally think he’s gonna really struggle in the league, but if he can focus on being a lockdown defender, running a team and hitting open shots he’ll have a place.

 There’s a zero percent chance that he does that at the NBA level. He’s an incredibly overrated athlete, and physically he stacks up much more with Beverly than any of the other ridiculous comparisons being made.

 I’ll stick to a Poor man’s Kyrie comparison. I see a Shoot first PG, can create his own shot from his handle any where on the court. Definitely needs to inprove his Court vision and playmaking skills for others

The kid is built like a man… watching him play in person you can see how well developed he is physically just like Bledsoe coming out of uk, I hadnt realized it until watching him play live. Sexton has some extreme explosiveness to his game too, aggressive to the rim not afraid to go up and cram on any defender as we saw him throw a contested self oop off the backboard after picking up his dribble driving thru the lane, but unsucessfully hit off the back rim,… still had the whole crowd up on their feet

 Breh Sexton is not built like Bledsoe was coming out of U.K.,Bledsoe looked like a football player at U.K. and is even a little bigger today,Sexton looks like a solidly built basketball player,nothing like Bledsoe in terms of built wise.

 

Athletically Colin is pretty athletic,but Bledsoe was on a whole mother level in that regard,Bledsoe was solely drafted on potential and athleticism,Colin’s athleticism isn’t close to Bledsoes

 I can see the Terry Rozier comp if were talking the raw Rozier that can out of College, not Rozier today. Two main difference Rozier was very good defensively in College and was an elite rebounder for a PG. Mainly because he’s an elite athlete, he was the Josh Okogie of his class he lit up the combine. Is Sexon that type of athlete? I do like that comp though, closet I’ve seen yet. Both are smaller, but big wingspans, more combo guard than pg and needed to learn how to take better shots.

 Isiah Thomas potential.  Zeke lit it up, even more before they implemented a Bad Boys approach in Detroit.

Supposedly Trae is a knockdown 3 point shooter and Sexton is streaky, but Trae shot 36% from 3 and Sexton shot 33.6%.  Not much difference there.

I have him in my top 5 on my internal big board.
