R-Dot-13ParticipantWith lots of teams picking later in the 1st round needing a PG, do you think the 3 of them have shots at first round picks?
Any of them?
All of them?0 - Posted on: Sun, 06/12/2011 - 9:11am #543445
rydawgswParticipantThey all have a chance, but I doubt all 3 squeeze in.. I think Cole gets in, and Jenkins as well.. Jackson off the board by pick #35

JNixonParticipantJackson and Jenkins have very good chances of being late 1st rounders. There have been rumors that the Celtics might snatch up Jackson at 25, and the Knicks and Bulls at 17 and 30 (way more realistic and smarter) respectively have their eye on Jenkins.
Cole is less likely, but he should definitely get picked at least by the mid-2nd.

Stojakovicfor3ParticipantI think Reggie Jackson is the only one who gets in. I think he can go anywhere from 17 to 28. If he goes 2nd round, he’ll be a major steal. I think Jenk goes somewhere in the 30’s or 40’s. I think Cole will go early second.

ilike.panochasParticipantJenkins has the best chance to be in the 1st round, he’s a very efficient scorer with a strong body for a PG. He reminds me of Rodney Stuckey.

topotamolderParticipantIt just depends on the team needs
Jackson is a junior, Cole and Jenkins are Seniors.
Jackson has a very good frame and his wingspang , and athleticism are just superb.
It looks like Jenkins is the most nba ready of all the 3 players, but he doesn’t have so much potential due to his lack of speed and average athleticism.
Potential = Jackson
Nba Ready = Jenkins
Norris Cole = Mix between potential (not as much as Jackson) and nba readiness (Not as much as Jenkins)

OhCanada-ParticipantI think Boston will be choosing between Jeremy Tyler and Reggie Jackson depending which route they decide to go with. At this point it seems they are going with Jackson when they should go for Tyler.

JNixonParticipantNeither Tyler or Jackson will be ready to play much until their 2nd or 3rd seasons anyway. They can choose between the 2, but both are projects
