Clippers up 44 to 26 with less than a minute to go in the first! They are running the Heat off of the court!

I like what I’m seeing from the Clippers. They’re actually defending and playing well offensively. This is a much improved team as I’ve been saying. They’re not backing down from the Heat. Baron Davis actually had a MONSTER slam lol.

They’ll still have to finish this game and execute down the stretch, but I like what I’m seeing in the first!

Why couldn’t they show this on NBA TV? The simple fact that it’s the Heat and Blake Griffin should have made this a no-brainer.

For the last 10 games, the Clippers have shown they aren’t an easy win anymore, with Gordon and Griffin as your one two punch and with Davis finally playing solid basketball and they have really shown maturity and poise against some of the better teams, because they are young of course they will have their games where they will have trouble closing out or will blow big leads but that is all just a learning process. I am interested in seeing after Kaman comes back from injury how will it effect the Clipper’s chemistry because Deandre Jordan has shown he is a good complement towards Griffin and that he really has been a solid starter.

The Clippers are in the Heat’s ass lol… No homo. But they gotta keep it up. The Heat are going to make a run.

I love what I’m seeing with the Clippers though and it’s at the DEFENSIVE end.

I think this is the first game that Griffin doesn’t have a dunk in the first half.

Clippers up ten at the half… 68 to 58. Easily the best half all season by the Clippers.

The third quarter is going to be important for the Clippers.

As much as i want to tell you the clippers are going to win this game and are still an outside contender for the 8th seed…..neither is true.

I don’t think they’ll make the playoffs, but a win vs the Heat would go a long ways towards building more confidence.

Winning this game will depend on Griffin and his lower back. He’s been stretching on the sidelines with trainers. They’re up 12, so this is a winnable game. They just have to hold off Miami’s last run.

They do have a chance to win, a great chance actually. But Miami is cutting closer and i just think they are on sometime of tear.

I wish LAC could make the playoffs…the first round games are gonna have no intrigue in the 1-8 or 2-7 matchups as it currently stands.

What… The lead or the fact that both Wade and James just got injured on the same play?

Uh oh, in terms of the injury and the score creeping closer. Big time shots by Wade/James

I meant Wade and James getting hurt on the same play. But Wade seems to be fine and Lebron will be alright aside from the fact that he’s about to lose.

Both LeBron and Griffin are gutting it out through injuries, while Wade is just taking over. He’s amazing. He gets to the basket so easy and always seems to make difficult layups. It’s nuts.

    LAC got it!

The Heat have been taking questionable shots.

As I’ve been saying… This is an improved Clippers team. They’re showing improvement on both sides of the ball. They’re executing better down the stretch and making better decisions.

Like I’ve said, they aren’t a bad team, just very inexperienced. One of the top teams consistently in the first halves of games. Nice to see em take down the 3Heat. Would like to have watched Bron Vs. Blake at some point for a couple of plays.

I was a bit angry that Lebron got away with hopping a couple of steps then dribbling after he hurt his ankle, but glad they won nevertheless. That dunk by Griffin set the crowd on fire. Blake could easily have had 30 tonight, there were at least 3 shots that didn’t go down that he normally hits with ease. Oh well, a W is a W, and karma is a b*tch hahaha.

Yea… LeBron hopped on one leg and then dribbled right in front of the ref. I don’t know how he got away with that. That was a great step back dribble and shot by him though.

That dunk was Griffin’s first of the game. He seemed to get fired up after Chalmers tried to talk smack. I figured he’d dunk on either LeBron, Bosh or Wade at least once. He’d have had a dunk on LeBron in the first half had LeBron not tripped him. It’s clear that Griffin’s headed for superstardom.

EJ made plays down the stretch and matched Wade for the most part. Gomes did a good job defending LeBron. Aminu and Bledsoe were good off of the bench. Baron Davis played his best game of the season. Good win for the Clippers. And the thing I liked the most was how they all acted like they expected to win the game afterwards.

Im kind of mad Carmelo doesnt have LAC on his mind. In all honesty, it would easily be the best destination for him.

^^^ Same here i would love to see Melo or Lebron on the Clippers team. They wanna win now and they know they wouldn’t win now with the clippers. From what i have read the Clippers are watching the Melo situation very very closely and plan on making a bid

Hopefully they do. The Nets are going to suck with or without Melo. The Knicks just cant happen until the summer but thats definitely where Melo wnats to be. But if he went to the Clippers with E Gordon, Blake, Baron Davis, Bledsoe, and D Jordan, i feel that could be an absolute contender for years to come.

The more i look at the Nets the worst i think the idea is of him going there. Hamilton can run off screens but he hasn’t done muich in awhile, Billups is playing well but he’s past his prime. He would do better by going to the Knicks or Clippers
